Welcome to "Bear Mountain II"! Located in Chalet Village just 10 minutes from Gatlinburg and the National Park. You will love the location, vaulted ceilings, and restful environment. Very little traffic.
Featuring a great mountain view, real hardwood floors throughout, wood-burning fireplace, nice kitchen, keyless entry, free access to swimming pools in season, tiled showers in three baths (one with tub), two newly-rebuilt decks, level parking for 3 cars, smart TVs in the great room and bedrooms, new hot tub, pool table, air hockey, wi-fi, gas grill and you can see the twinkling Gatlinburg city lights!
Excellent cleaners and additional cleaning procedures.
Three bedrooms and three baths. Home on two levels. Level one has the great room, fully equipped kitchen with an island, dining area and a king bedroom suite. There is a deck off of the dining area that has a nice outdoor table and chairs and gas grill. The lower level has a rec room with full size pool table, air hockey, futon, and wet bar. On this level is another king suite and third bedroom with bunk beds. All baths are tiled. The bunk beds are very nice with comfortable regular size mattress below and above. There is a large deck on this level with a covered area, hot tub and porch swing. All of the bedrooms in the house, the great room and the rec room have walls of windows for a great view of the mountains. The square footage is 2146.
Get to the National Park without going through Gatlinburg!
Our place is perfect for one to three couples, or one or two couples with children. There is a limit of 8 persons total. Children welcome. Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed. Please don't allow pets on any furniture.
Our cancellation policy is simple and fair: If cancelling with more than 14 days before your reservation--full refund. If less than 14 days notice, you receive a refund of 50%.of the balance after deduction of the VRBO service fee.
No smoking inside the house. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is no later than 11 am. It is important to abide by the departure time. We have local help that see to any problem that may arise.

My wife Linda and I live in Bowling Green, KY about 5 hours away but we go to Gatlinburg every chance we get (we have local contacts see to any needs you have). We have co-owners Terry and Marilyn Leeper also of Bowling Green.

Why they chose this property
We love property. It feels very spacious and relaxing in a very quiet neighborhood. It has the perfect house plan. Lots of privacy. Great views from every room.
What makes this property unique
All of the bedrooms, the game room and the great room all have mountain views! The hot tub is very nice and there is a swing on that level. It is partially covered by the upstairs deck and is very relaxing. The two decks are connected with stairs.
