The Space:

Offering beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park to the east, this resort condo at Tops'l Summit will treat you to the very best of Miramar Beach. This 1,141-square-foot condo is full of comfort, offering a private balcony, a full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, and on-site amenities that include swimming pools, a hot tub, and tennis courts - all within walking distance of the sugar-sand beach!



The gated Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort is located on the shores of Miramar Beach, with grounds that feature indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a gym, a sauna and steam room, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. You can walk or ride the tram to the beach, or reach more than a dozen golf courses by taking a short drive. You'll be two miles east of the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, two miles south of Baytowne Wharf, and less than four miles west of the entrance to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
