Completely renovated with brand new furnishings and finishes, this coastal chic 2BR/2BA Summit condo is located on the East Wing of the Summit at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, and sleeps 6 guests comfortably. This is truly a dream vacation condo! With beach views from the living room and master bedroom, you will enjoy a quiet location just a short 200 yard stroll to the sugar white Tops'l beach!

Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort offers a world-class tennis facility along with the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast! There are upscale restaurants and a beachside grill located on the property. Our rental includes use of the private swimming pool at the Summit, the lower beachside swimming pool, access to the beach and complimentary WIFI. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach.

Our beach condo is stylishly designed in warm coastal colors with comfort in mind. The family room offers plenty of cushy seating, and a 55" flat panel HDTV. The balcony offers seating and a lovely view of the Tops'l beach and the adjoining natural state park. The dining area seats six guests with additional breakfast bar seating for two. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen features stainless appliances, beautiful granite countertops, all the cookware and dishes you will need to prepare meals the family. There is an outdoor BBQ area available at the swimming pool.

Our master suite is tastefully appointed with a king size bed and fresh linens, also offers generous closet space and a flat panel HDTV. The master bathroom features a double vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. With two double beds, a television, and a full bathroom, the guest bedroom accommodations are spacious and comfortable.

Convenient parking for 2 cars is available directly in front of the building, and there are three elevators available. Your check in is simple – just arrive and let yourself in with the door code! This condo is professionally managed, and we are here to make certain your beach vacation is the best! Escape to #802 Summit at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort for a relaxing vacation to remember. Our rental does not include access to the Tops'l Fitness Club and Tennis.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Great stay!

Perfect condo for a family. Comfortably sleeps 6 people. This is our second year to stay at Tops’l! The pool and hot tub are a family favorite and about a 5 minute walk to the beach, which is also amazing and very clean! They’re pretty strict with the umbrellas. We paid for 3 days of beach service (umbrellas and chairs) and they came and put the umbrellas down about half the time which was frustrating considering we had a baby with us who needed the shade. No complaints other than that. Beach bar has great food and drinks if you don’t want to leave! Enjoyed our stay and will probably be back at the Tops’l next summer!

Quick family getaway

We wanted to plan a quick, family, end of summer getaway. This condo was perfect for the four of us. Short drive to and from the Destin/FW airport. Close to dining and shopping and easy walk to the pool and beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Living room and outdoor furniture need an update. My only complaint is we couldn’t use the tennis or workout facility. They only allow guest who book through Vacasa. We like having workout activities so next time we will rent through them.

We stay at Summit building, about 5-7min walk to beach, the other two buildings are closer, but we enjoyed the beautiful walk in the morning to the beach. Condo was in great shape, and the property team was extremely quick to respond to one of the issues we had and fixed it quickly. We highly recommend staying with Beach Blue, this condo is great. You are very close to great restaurants and shopping across the street, super close to Beach, multiple pools and there is even a bar/restuarant beside the beach that really adds to the already good atmosphere.

Death by a thousand cuts

The living room furniture is in dire need of replacement. The furnace went out. The rugs in the living room and bedrooms are ghastly. Our bed frame broke. The kitchen could have been cleaner. There was not a coffee cup big enough for the largest setting on the Keurig coffee machine. False fire alarms went off in the middle of the night on three occasions. On the positive side, the management was very quick and responsive to addressing several of these issues.

Hair balls in the bathroom and bedrooms. Everything from the floors, to the vents and ceiling fans and the mattresses had stains that nobody should ever sleep on. I wanted to cry.

Great condo, but inaccurate description of beach requirements

We had a great stay at the condo itself! We had no issue with the short walk to the beach, but it would have been nice to know the rules of what is allowed on the Tops’l beach. We brought a beach canopy, but was told it was not allowed on that beach even behind the area where chair and umbrella services were (3 rows back). Luckily we brought umbrellas as well otherwise we would have been without shade or forced to purchase the chair/umbrella daily rental. We could have walked about 1/2 mile down past the Tops’l beach area to put up our stuff and risk being told the same thing, but with 2 kids under 5 years old, that was not an option. It would have been nice to know what is not allowed or that there is not an area to really set up other than purchasing the beach rental set up. Other than that, the rental was great!

Beautifully themed & decorated for a soothing beach retreat. The beds were comfy but definitely needed more bed pillows. The 2nd bedroom closet was overstuffed with beach paraphernalia, which was nice, however, this meant you couldn’t really access it. We had brought our own and just kept it outside the front door. The pressure in the shower was good, however the temperature of the water was on the hot side, could not find a cool temp. After being in the sun all day I wanted a cooler temp. but there was only hot. The shower knob was wonky, where you had to guess the off position. The kitchen had all the cooking paraphernalia you could need. Perhaps a little too much drink ware, needed to rearrange to make room for groceries. Overall, I would definitely book this very spot again! The views were gorgeous, the atmosphere relaxing, the guys at the gate were helpful & friendly!

We have said at Tops’l several times and have always had a great experience. The unit was great and the view was fantastic. I would suggest that housekeeping is asked to check for the cleanliness of the dishes before they are put away. Also, the faucet in the tub of the master bedroom is not functioning correctly. Other than these things, everything was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was pleased to find that the condo was exceptionally cleaned when I arrived and had amble space with 2 bathrooms and 2 bed rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with basic amenities and I especially enjoyed the Kureig coffe maker every morning. The air conditioning system kept the condo cool and with low humidity, a welcome respite from the Florida heat. Check in/out instructions were very clear and my overall experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend this property for a beach getaway.
