Your holiday at Casa Bahia includes daily housekeeping as well as cook service at breakfast or lunch. Casa Bahia has more than 7,000 square feet of space, spread out over two levels. It’s designed to make the most of its gorgeous setting, so you can look out over the bay, the Sierra Madre mountains and the Marietas Islands from nearly anywhere in the house. At its heart is an open-concept great room with a sitting area just off the terrace, a dining area up a few steps and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.

Guests of Casa Bahia are welcome at the Sufi Ocean and Pacifico Beach Clubs close to its El Encanto location as well as Kupuri Beach Club and the new El Surf Club at La Lancha (fees apply). It’s also a short drive to the Pacifico and Bahia golf courses, and Punta Mita village, where you can shop the boutiques or sit down to a honeymoon-worthy dinner at a variety of restaurants. Everything is easily accessible with the 6-seat golf cart included with this rental.

Guests will need to provide a scanned ID or photo that will be used to set up beach club access cards. They will also need to electronically sign access forms.

If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund. AMEX is not accepted for VRBO bookings.

All guests must sign a Vallarta Rentals rentals contract prior to check in.

The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita.

● Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
● Children under 5: No charge

Maintenance is carried out annually on resort golf courses and beach clubs from May 1 to October 31, which may result in temporary closures. Please confirm at the time of booking if this will impact your stay dates.
