This place was amazing. It is a basement apartment so there are a few stairs to climb. The inside was very clean. It had night lights and TV's in every room. The kitchen had everything you need. The host was easy to get ahold of and he responded quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was as described and pictures of listing were very accurate. Missing a hand towel in the bathroom. Doesn’t have a thermostat to control the temperature yourself. Host was very easy to get in touch with. Would stay here again!

It's a basement apartment under the owners home. So if lawn mowing and dogs barking at 8am, or hearing people walk and doing their laundry until 10pm don't annoy you, then this is a great place! They have 3 very comfortable beds with great sheets, and comfortable living area! I personally think there should be no noise between 9pm and 9am. Also, don't forget to turn on the ice machine as soon as you arriveA few extra things I noticed: More than 1 hand towel and some wash cloths in the bathroom would be nice! Some hand towels in the kitchen would also be nice imo. The fridge filter needs replaced and kitchen scissors would be nice too.

The host was very helpful and friendly. He responded quickly to messages. The apartment was very spacious. It was in a good location. We felt very safe. The beds were comfortable. It was not as clean as I would have liked it, but it was okay.
