We loved the location and ease of walking to dinner and shops. The host was very helpful and friendly. The layout is good famlies or a girls trip with large beds and nice bathrooms. We loved the way it overlooks the courthouse and we felt safe in this area. We will be back!

I absolutely loved this property! We stayed on the first Friday of the month so there was a festival on the square across from us. We got to watch the band plan from the windows. The pictures don't do it justice! The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely recommend! I hope to go back to stay again.

Great location and very nice apartment. Super clean and beautifully furnished. The open floor plan is great for families and dinners.Unfortunately, the lock box is extremely difficult to open. We were stuck in the pouring rain unable to open it and the host did not respond to a text or call. The house also needs to update/fix the tv in the living room. The Youtube TV was a disaster for logging in. I believe they need to update their tv or something. We could not log in and when we finally did we couldn't change a channel without getting booted out. It was super annoying when trying to watch a big game. The house also needs to have extra towels in the bathroom. They had one towel per person for the entire stay.

What a great place to stay in Springfield. It was super comfortable and very spacious. The steps up to the Flat are steep and many so if you have older people or bad knees you just need to know. There was a washer/dryer advertised but did not see one in the unit but there was a double closet that was locked up and they could have been in there but not a way to access it. Overall it was furnished very nice and the beds were very comfortable. If I lived in Springfield I would want to own the place.
