Check in was seamless. The house was very clean and very well stocked. We spent most of our time in the pool and patios. The pool and pool area were very clean and much bigger than pictures show. Plenty of pool floats and toys. It was the highlight of our stay!! It was great having a black stone and grill right off the kitchen on the patio, we used it for all of our meals.
Everything was just perfect for our quick family vacation! The pool was a highlight, but my family enjoyed the basement as much! We watched movies, played pool, and games. The house was really clean and comfortable. Erin was a joy to work with!
Unique and historic property with all the amenities needed for a family gathering! Spacious living area, plenty of bathrooms, great outdoor space and pool!
Erin was so hospitable and informative. We enjoyed all the many rooms in the house as well as the wide open space outside. It’s a convenient distance to Nashville for shopping and music.
Beautiful country home! My friends and I had such a wonderful time at (WHAT WE CALLED IT) the big house. We didn't get a chance to utilize the pool but waking up to the countryside by the pool and lounging was awesome. We had an issue with the HVAC system and Erin immediately jumped on the issue and made accommodations to fix the issue. She was a great host. The game room was full of games to play, the beds were comfortable, and the house was so spacious you could just take time to explore and look at all the details of the furnishings. We will definitely be back!
We had a great time at this house. There was more than enough room for all 10 of us, the pool was awesome, the kitchen was well stocked. There was more than enough bath and pool towels, there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every shower, the two fridges were perfect. Thank you for a great stay.

Awesome house
We were in town for a softball tournament. We had 10 people with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. Everyone loved the pool and the peacefulness of the house.
It is an adventure to stay in a historic mansion filled w antiques and history. Going back in time and imagining 19th century America is easy when your staying in the real thing. It doesn’t hurt that it has all the modern conveniences.
Great place to stay, managers were professional and easily accessible. The only comment from our group was the mattresses need to be replaced, you sink in where the normal sleep spots are. Home is well equipped in a beautiful setting. We would come back.
This is an amazing property, and Erin is extremely responsible. We walked the property, enjoyed the pool and the house is like a museum. A bit of a haul to downtown, but Erin even found us a shuttle service so we could all ride together and didn’t need to worry about the drive. Used them for Broadway fun and Sunday football
The house was exactly what the listing says. It was a beautiful house in a beautiful location. We were in town for a softball tournament and had 10 people with us. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The kids loved hanging out at the pool and eating on the patio.
Can't say enough about this one of a kind property! Our stay at this property was nothing short of magical! The home felt like a blend of a museum and a movie set, with stunning details and modern touches in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was impeccably clean, beautifully stocked, and the communication from the property manager was top-notch. The pool was simply amazing, and we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor space. We couldn't have asked for a better experience
Travelled with friends to celebrate our 50th. House is absolutely perfect. We all had our own bathroom. Gorgeous kitchen and living spaces. Pool was perfect. The house has everything you could possibly need. We spent the weekend cooking, lounging and swimming. It's a 40 minute drive to downtown Nashville. The caretaker was fantastic and responded to any questions immediately.
Gorgeous, elegant property, , full of exquisite antiques and furnishings. At the same time, the mansion has a warmth to it, and a ‘romantic getaway” feel. The hosts are gracious, responsive, and have supplied thoughtful touches. I will definitely look for another excuse to come back here in the future! Thank You1
This place was amazing! Perfect get away with the family. Pool was beautiful!
Our family flew in for a memorial service. This house was perfect for us. We needed to enjoy one another, laugh, cry, and at times just be silent. This house accommodated the full spectrum. We were so pleased with the property manager and her attention to detail. She greeted us with a fruit and snack spread because she knew we had a long day of travel. I was amazed with her commitment to our comfort. We will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous and Family Friendly
This house has everything a large family gathering needs, especially space! All of us were blown away when we arrived. Everything exceeded all of our expectations. The beautifully appointed spacious bedrooms made everyone feel like they had the best room in the house. No detail was forgotten. The host provided more than enough of everything from towels to cleaning supplies . The snacks, a loaded coffee station and a variety of travel and medical supplies made us all feel like we were at home. It was wonderful. The pool, property, and game room kept everybody entertained no matter what age.We all had a wonderful experience and highly recommended for a stress-free family gathering.

Perfect Secluded Country Getaway!
Our family of 10 plus 2 infants had an amazing time! We spent most of our days outside enjoying the great space playing kick-ball, pickleball, and baseball. It was still too cool to use the pool but it was in great condition and had it been warmer you would have had a hard time getting us out. The house accommodated all of us very well, it felt roomy but cozy at the same time. We had room to spread out but still all be together. We enjoyed our dinners at the 12 person grand dining table each night. We also made use each day of the long driveway jogging and pushing strollers back and forth enjoying the sunshine. We highly recommend this property and hopefully will be back! Erin was a delight to work with, can't say enough good things.

More beds than meet the eye!
Our group was 9 people. One single, two couples, and four children. I studied the images of the bedrooms and read every review trying to figure out how to sleep everyone comfortably. Because I believed we were short one bed, we hauled a cot and bulky camping mattress all the way there, only to realize that one of the bedrooms had a second full sized bed in it that was NOT shown on the listing. Would have loved to save that real estate in the vehicle, but was still very glad to see it. I also was unable to tell which rooms were where, and when you have two sets of kids, you want to know where the rooms are so: upstairs had one bathroom shared and two bedrooms. One bedroom had two full beds, and the other had a queen (I think?). Main level had one king master with bathroom in suite and also a second powder room just outside the door. On the other side of the living room, there was a bedroom with a full and another bedroom with a king/in suite bathroom. The bedrooms were huge for the most part and not nearly as breakable as the online images appeared. We were mighty worried going in about how fragile everything looked, but for the most part everyone (even 3y/o boy) was able to be normal amounts of careful and nothing was broken. While there we were able to get grocery delivery from Walmart plus. There was also an elaborate farmer's market literally across the street, but I believe it's only on Thursdays so wasn't able to go crazy. The pool was nice, though I would have liked a brush as well as a net so I could tidy it each day. There were a lot of small touches that made this excellent. The grills (traditional and griddle) were clean, easily turned on, and great quality. Was relieved to see that basic spices and staples like olive oil, vegetable oil, etc. were provided. Each shower area had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also stocked were trash bags, storage bags, tupperware, coffee filters/coffee, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper. This was a delight as I would have had to purchase and either wasted it or stuffed it into our vehicle for the long trip home. The house was exceptionally clean and in good shape for the most part. I have an aversion to overhead lighting, so I was bummed that many lamps either had burned out bulbs or were inoperable (not sure which). The grounds were beautiful and picturesque. The kids enjoyed running in the front yard with no shoes catching lightning bugs.
The property was even better than advertised. Host was great and made everything simple! Clean, organized, well stocked. Couldn’t ask for more. Already planning a return.
If you've ever wanted to feel like royalty this is the place to go! This mansion is just 40 minutes from Nashville, located on a huge working farm. It's the perfect mix of stunning, historic decor and modern conveniences. The house was spotlessly kept, beautifully decorated, and boasts a huge private pool with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Beds were super comfortable and there's plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spread out in. It was perfect for privacy and relaxation and the weather was excellent- wonderful for swimming. Erin was incredible- we were greeted by a large basket of snacks upon our arrival and we were able to reach her quickly whenever we had questions and she was super accommodating. Don't think about this one- book it NOW!
