One of the best VRBO houses we have rented. Everything was very clean, showers were hot and A/C cold. Check-in was a breeze and everything from the propane BlackStone griddle to the coffee machine were stocked and ready to go. Proximity to the national park and convenience of city amenities made this a top notch location.

The house is lovely with so much attention to the details of making you feel like you’re in a Tucson home. The house is airy, open, so comfortable and well cared for. Katherine is an attentive host though we didn’t need anything our entire stay because it was all provided. Beautiful interior and an incredible back yard with views of the Catalina foothills…all offering the perfect environment for enjoying a relaxing evening meal in the Sonoran desert.

First, we’d like to thank the host for a lovely place to stay in Tucson. The property is located in a quiet cul de sac surrounded by beautiful mountains. There is a nice set up of seating in the back yard to just sit and enjoy the views. Arriving was a breeze with easy entry upon check in. Immediately, you can smell the home is fresh and clean. There is great lighting upon entry on the outside and inside of the home. We arrived very late so naturally the dessert is pitch black. There were plenty of lamps and night lights for the kids. The house has cozy furnishings and the well curated decor choices did not go unnoticed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need if you plan to cook. The two beer glasses in the freezer was a really nice touch. Coffee options included a carafe or single cup and lots of cute mugs to choose from. The washer and dryer were clean and full size. The laundry room was well stocked with detergent, bleach, softer and even a wrinkle release spray!! The beds were comfortable with a soft memory foam style mattress. Lots of pillows and fresh neutral scented bedding. The bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries available (that actually smell very good). The towels were plenty, fluffy and fresh smelling. The whole family particularly appreciated the quality toilet paper (charmin). I appreciated that I could shower in the master bath without getting my hair wet. Overall, we will save this listing in case we’re in this area again!

Above and beyond with this well equipped home. Quality and clean throughout. Kitchen well stocked, beds were comfortable, bathrooms very nice, backyard was excellent for morning coffee/breakfast, and all the way to star gazing at night. View of the mountains was great and private, hummingbirds were active throughout the day. Many details so nice, from extra charger cords to a pair of binoculars to use. Katherine came through when we asked for two folding chairs we used for an outing. Excellent host and nice quiet neighborhood for nice morning walks. A car is necessary from this neighborhood but it is so worth it to stay in this setting. Do not hesitate to stay here.
