Beautiful corner unit with some of the best views in the entire Summit complex. Just a few steps to the lifts in wintertime and easy access to all those great summertime activities; you can't beat this location and this unit.

Our condo is perfectly suited for both your romantic and your family vacation. We take pride in our owner-operated unit and want to provide you an experience above and beyond your typical Mammoth rental. We invite you to come stay with us and experience everything Mammoth has to offer.

Great unit with an excellent location

Unit was very clean and spacious upon arrival, with beautiful views of the mountain from the living room and bedroom. Extremely close to the mountain, only about a 5 minute walk, a close feeling to “ski in ski out”. Absolutely would stay here again

This place rocks. Comfy bed, bunks for kids, clean, lots of space, close to slopes. Couldn’t ask for more! Will stay here again, and that can’t be said for many mammoth properties.

Perfect home & location

Been coming to Mammoth for 30 years, last 20 with family, we must have rented hundreds of units in these 3 decades. This was among the best in facility, comfort, amenities, host and location.

Perfect size and location

For our family of four, we had plenty of space to stretch out and relax, and the location is about as close as you can get to Eagle Lodge without staying on the mountain. The condo was perfectly clean and we had zero problems with anything. Definitely putting this in my favorites list. Thanks, Linda!

Amazing Ski Condo at Eagle Lodge

The ultimate mammoth condo is our favorite! We have been staying there for eight years and it is perfect for my husband and me. It’s 50 yards from the Eagle lift directly across the street. With the big bay window overlooking Eagle Lodge, we can watch the snowfall and Drink our coffee every morning and watch the sunrise over the mountain. then throw our ski clothes on and walk across to hop on the lift ! it is the most comfortable bed I have had in a rental. Highly recommend!! Amazing owners who are very responsive on contact.

We loved staying in this condo. It's fully stocked, clean and conveniently close to the mountain. The beds were super comfortable and the newly remodeled bathroom was great. We will definitely stay in this cabin again. Great customer service!!!

Location is amazing.

This is a beautiful little condo. The location is literally a one or two minute walk to Eagle lodge. It has everything you might need in its kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and we would book this spot again.

EXCELLENT STAY!

The 3 humans and one big dog had a great stay! The place was well appointed and the proximity to the mountain can't be beat. I was a bit nervous with our dog - he is a protector and as such, can bark when he hears people invading what he feels is his space... because the unit sits in the corner, the foot traffic was low and he was mellow all weekend. We had a blast and will be looking to stay here again soon.

Biking, Hiking and Fishing at Your Fingertips

Nice 4 night get away in familiar stomping grounds. Extremely dig friendly property enjoyed the late night lighted pathways. Just live this neighborhood and the overall natural beauty of this Magical Mountain Community! Biking, hiking and fishing - pre-ski season there’s plenty to do.

A great value and a super convenient location.

This unit was easy to get to and you will feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Nice furniture and layout of the bunk beds with a comfy king bed in the bedroom. The view would have been great but the Yosemite fires made everything gray and smoky. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Great Condo for Family

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 w/ 2 young kids, and was great our dog could come along too. The unit was exactly as advertised - clean, nicely updated and with all ammenties you would need. The location may be the best part, last building on Meridian Blvd right across the road from eagle. Linda was an amazing host, wouldn't hesitate to book again for our next visit!

Perfect family condo!

This condo was absolutely perfect for myself and my two kids. They loved the bunk beds and the king bed was wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and was perfect for prepping meals before we set out on our adventures. I hope to come back to enjoy this place during the winter. Thank you again!

Loved It!!!

Definitely a 10+ property. Very clean and stocked with anything you might need. Bed & linens were super comfy. Didn't get to use the fireplace as we visited in August, but can only imagine how cozy it would be during the winter. Great place to just relax and get away from it all. Linda was very responsive to our questions. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing Rental

We came up for New Year’s and had a great time. The condo is right across the street from the bus stop and Eagle Lodge, making it perfect for skiing or for getting around town. The fireplace and wall heater kept us plenty warm, and the condo was stocked with everything you could need. There was a power outage due to a snowstorm and the hosts checked on us, which was so thoughtful! Our trip was so perfect, we’d definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect fit!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! We were visiting Mammoth for the Mountain bike Nationals. The location was a short drive to Canyon Lodge where the event was held. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and BBQ area. The condo was extremely well stocked with quality items, even Crate & Barrel dishes. It was roomier than the photos show, with plenty of room for us and our small dog. Because it is a corner unit, the view was amazing! We can't wait to go back!

We live in Redondo Beach but try to spend as much time as possible in our Mammoth playground. We enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, golfing, mountain-biking and hiking with our dogs!

Why they chose this property

Growing weary of staying in dated and poorly-maintained properties booked through Mammoth rental agencies and looking to spend more time in the mountains, we took the plunge and purchased our own property in 2013. We chose Summit for its proximity to the mountain and its somewhat secluded, less busy atmosphere.
