Charming 2 Bedroom + Loft Condo Special Winter Ratesl

Cozy 2 bedroom & loft, 2 bath condo centrally located in the town of Mammoth Lakes, right on the shuttle route. The unit is located in the Sherwin Villas complex. Everything you need is provided for you such as a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable environment to relax in!

The condo sleeps up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed, and the
loft has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top.

The unit has a private wi-fi network for internet access - no need to share bandwidth with other condos! We also provide a fully equipped kitchen, a web-enabled TV and local cable access, and a cozy wood burning stove for additional ambiance.

Please note: the stairs to the second story of the condo are quite steep. Care should be used when ascending and descending the stairs, Small children should be kept off of the stairs. There is a safety gate in the upstairs bedroom closet to use for this purpose if desired. Elderly persons may have trouble navigating the stairs also.

Hosts were exceptional. They had problems with the condo before we got there and remedied with a refund without me even asking. It was just a broken dishwasher which wasn’t a huge problem for us as we’re used to handwashing back home. It was a very kind gesture of them.

We loved the condo—spacious, clean, and exactly as advertised! With four kids, having so much room made our stay so comfortable. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and Vons. Cozy condo in the heart of Mammoth. Everything is walkable as far as a multitude of restaurants and stores. Condo was immaculate and check-in/out was super easy. Fireplace was a nice treat at the end of the day on the slopes. Will definitely stay here again and again!

Why they chose this property

We enjoy outdoor activities and Mammoth is a great place for us to enjoy both the skiing and hiking that we love. It also gives our older kids a place to come with their friends to enjoy the Sierra mountains. Mammoth is a charming town with friendly people and an inviting atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is centrally located with several restaurants within walking distance. The free local shuttle stops right in front of our complex and can take you up to the mountain, and places in between, in just a few minutes. The grocery store and some cute, local shops are also just around the corner.
