Urban oasis 3-bedroom house with private yard in West Adams
Bright, sunny, spacious 3br/2 ba home on a residential street in West Adams. Cook’s kitchen, open floor plan and great indoor-outdoor flow make this home perfect for groups and vacations. Primary bedroom has a California King bed and ensuite bathroom with rain shower. Bedroom 2 has full bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin over twin trundle. Home is gated, set back from the street and has a landscaped front and private backyard. Entertain outside at a table that seats 15 with overhead ceiling fans and enjoy the firepit on chilly nights. 1 mile from USC, 10 minutes to LAFC and ACFC games, 10 minutes to Koreatown, close to all the new restaurants and bars in West Adams. Playground, tennis courts and basketball court are just down the street. You will love this home; all of our guests do!
