Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests, this spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, making it ideal for families and groups.

Top Floor: The private primary suite features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and its own balcony with panoramic Gulf views. A second bedroom with a queen bed also enjoys beautiful water views. A full bathroom is located on this floor for added convenience.

Middle Floor: The heart of the home is the bright, open-concept living area. The well-equipped kitchen overlooks the bay, while the dining area offers plenty of space for gathering over meals. The comfortable living room opens directly onto the beachfront deck, where you can relax, dine outdoors, or simply enjoy the stunning coastal views just steps from the sand. This floor also includes a queen bedroom and a shared full bathroom.

Bottom Floor: The lower level features a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed, making it a great space for kids or additional guests.

***Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
