Careful...cable tv may be not working!

No cable first night and then handyman showed up to install antenna but instead took the tv of the wall, disconnected it and never returned to put it back on the wall.

Exactly What We Needed

First of all, the spacious place was very clean and well-designed to help tenants keep it that way—with a “mud room” downstairs, a bench, boot mats, coat hooks, etc. It was easy to keep all the winter gear out of the way from the rest of the condo, so we never felt cluttered or concerned about keeping the place as clean as we found it. Second, the setup is just really nice. The bedrooms—each with a full bath—are all downstairs, where there is little light. Upstairs is the living room, kitchen, and dining area--brightly lit during the day. We had plenty of space to sit when lounging and eating. There is also a washing machine and dryer (both a bit loud, but the convenience made it worth it) behind the kitchen and an extra 1/2 bath. The fireplace was safe and kept us warm. Third, the place is ideally located next to a shuttle stop--like open the door, and there it is. We never used it because we had a car, but it was nice to know that if we could if we needed it. The condo is also just 15 minutes from Winter Park--super convenient. The grocery store is only about a mile away, too. Bonus: The owners were really amazingly fast with responses to texts. All our questions—very few about the place because the place is really easy to use—were answered within minutes. There was a brief power outage in the area due to a winter storm, and the owners were quick to respond with information about what was happening and when it would be resolved. They were also very generous with towels and linens. (We have stayed at places that barely had enough sets for all of us much less extras—not the case here.) We would gladly stay there again on a future trip!

Great stay

First time using Vrbo and it was great . Interior of the House looked just like the pictures . We arrived at night so it was little hard to find but we did find it. Whit was very responsive to all my questions and concerns . We even had packages sent via Amazon to the house and Whit was gracious enough to put them up in the house for us . I would definitely stay here again !

Enjoyed our stay

Our family decided to visit Colorado for the first time in December 2020. We decided upon this location for our stay. Overall, it was great. Fraser Tubing Hill is nearby, Winter park and various restaurants and, of course, Safeway. It was a great time, the home was updated and offered plenty of space, warmth from the cold and entertainment options.

Great spot for a ski weekend

Very clean with a great living space. Definitely a step above our usual Fraser weekend rentals. We used it as home base for a weekend of cross country and alpine skiing. We didn’t use the bus, but it comes right by the front door and would be convenient.

Christmas Vacation

We spent a week at this cozy little retreat. It was over Christmas break and it was a perfect location to Winter park skiing. We greatly enjoyed this place and definitely recommend. The only comment we have is there should have been some holiday decorations for Christmas. It would have made it feel more like the winter, Christmas that we were looking for but it was clean, tidy and very well decorated otherwise. Thanks again for a wonderful trip and we would definitely stay again. Thanks, Beth

Amazing mountain condo!

This condo is great! I stayed for a ski weekend at Winter Park and the place was perfect! Easy access to winter park and the surrounding mountains and towns. The condo is incredibly clean and cozy with great amenities! Kelly and Whit couldn’t have been better in answering our questions. We will definitely book again!

Clean and comfortable condo, within easy reach of groceries, rec center, and Winter Park Resort

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable condo. Special features included washer/dryer and a separate room to hold ski equipment. The welcome book could have had more specifics about bus schedule, recycling, TV operation, and what to make of apparent surveillance system on front door. Next time, we hope to have working track lights in equipment room and over the counter/sink lighting in the kitchen. But, again, we enjoyed it and hope to be back!

We loved the "cozy condo"! Perfect location and great amenities.

We loved the location and enjoyed the amenities! The condo was very convenient to the slopes, shops and restaurants and after a day of skiing we enjoyed making dinner and playing cards and monopoly. The beds were very comfortable and we have plenty of room to store our skies and snowboards. Our family loves Winterpark and will hopefully get to stay here again soon. Thank you!

Perfect Condo with a Perfect Location!

Our group booked this condo for a girls weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The condo is well-decorated and completely spotless! Beds were so comfy, there are plenty of towels, kitchen was fully stocked, and super close to fun restaurants and shops! We loved cozying up with a glass of wine and a fuzzy blanket by the fire place! The layout is great for a group as the main hang out area is upstairs with an open concept and the bedrooms are on the first floor. Whether you are visiting Winter Park for a ski weekend or a relaxing spa weekend at Devil’s Thumb Ranch like we did, this condo has everything you need! Would highly recommend!

Perfect location + SO CUTE!!

Loved our time at this adorable condo! We were a 6 minute drive away from the heart of Winter Park and literally right next to the grocery store and some of the best hiking trails! Check in and out couldn’t have been simpler - Kelly made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy, everything was clean when we arrived and the kitchen was perfect for cooking. Will be back again!!

Great spot --so easy to get to slopes!

This was a great spot to stay. Went to ski at Winter Park, which was really fun and great skiing. I always like to have a spot that is close to the free shuttle. This has a shuttle stop literally 10 strides from the front deck. Super easy and convenient! The condo is clean and has a wonderful new kitchen with every appliance you could want. Warm and cozy living and dining area, and nice deck off kitchen! Great restaurants in area, which I definitely tried out, all accessed by that easy shuttle! Never needed a car ! I will definitely be back and will rent the very same spot!

Great mountain house in Winter Park/Fraser!

Very spacious and cozy condo directly on shuttle route to Winter Park. We stayed for the weekend to attend the Winter Park Wine Festival and to visit Grand Lake and had a great time. The deck is a great feature with a grill and direct access to the kitchen which had everything we needed for cooking meals. Beds were comfy with quality linens. We will definitely return when we are in the area!

Modern, Charming Condo

Kelly was a wonderful host! Check-in was quick and easy. The condo has beautiful, modern features with the charm of mountain living! We loved the mountain view from the living room and watching the hummingbirds as we sat on the deck. We will definitely be back during the ski season - the shuttle stops right outside the front door, so we can catch an easy ride to the slopes. Highly recommended!
