Enjoy unbeatable access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and fishing at this two-bedroom (plus loft) condo in Fraser's MeadowRidge community, where the slopes of Winter Park Resort are just a quick, free shuttle ride away.

This lovely alpine community sits right outside downtown Fraser, with a stop for the Winter Park shuttle bus at the entrance to the complex. After a day spent in the great outdoors or brewery-hopping in Fraser or Winter Park, there's an outdoor pool, a hot tub, tennis courts, and a gym on the grounds to greet you.

The main living space is on the second of the home's three stories, offering a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room table, and a living room with a leather sectional. On winter nights, gather around the wood-burning fireplace to set up a board game or watch movies on the living room TV (with cable and streaming capability). Come summer, slide open the glass doors and light the gas grill for a barbecue outside on the balcony.

Additional features include a lounge space with a TV in the upstairs loft, a high chair and Pack 'N Play for families with kids, and WiFi throughout the house.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It had a great layout and was very spacious for of our family. It had everything we could need; easy access to the slopes, games for our down time, heated floors to take the chill off in the morning, and was close to the grocery/stores so we could resupply.
