Our townhouse has 3 levels of living space. Second story includes: Master bedroom with newly renovated attached master bath and balcony, and a second bedroom with queen size bed, and 2nd bathroom with tub/shower. Third floor is a loft area with 4 twin beds. On the lower level, enjoy your morning coffee in the screened in porch or on the sun soaked deck. There is a sunroom off the dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, and open concept to family room. Back yard has green grassy area right off the deck. South Down Shores is convenient to downtown Meredith, Weirs Beach and Laconia. Meredith is a lakeside town known for its shops, and outdoor restaurants, live music and ice cream shops. Weirs Beach has arcades, fried dough, and a drive in movie theatre. Travelers can hop on the Mt Washington for a cruise around the lake, or head to the train station for a ride on the Scenic railroad. Downtown Laconia has coffees shops, cafes and bakeries.
