About this space
LAKE WINNIPESAUKEE VIEWS and ACCESS- 2 story condo in the desirable Evergreens community with access to the big lake! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome offers sunset views of Paugus Bay.
Amenities include a day dock, tennis courts & in-ground swimming pool. This condo is located close to the activities Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer- minutes to Weirs Beach, Bank of NH Music Pavilion, Gunstock Mountain, restaurants, golf, skiing, hiking, snowmobile trails, marinas, shopping & so much more!
The space
This condo has a master bedroom with queen bed and a 2nd bedroom that has a full bed on bottom and twin on top. The living room has a pull out sofa sleeper for two additional guests. The main level has the kitchen, dining area, and living room that walks out to a balcony with tables and seating for your comfort and enjoyment.
Other things to note
The day dock can be used to drop off and pick up passengers but there is not space to store your boat on site. Our condo is an upstairs unit so please note that you'll need to be respectful of our neighbors.

Excellent experience communicating with host. Very friendly and responsive. Condo was extremely clean and located in close proximity to Weirs Beach and Tanger Outlet shopping. Would definitely return if visiting this lake region again.

Our stay at Evergreens was everything promised. Close to the lake and all the action, fishing, swimming in the pool. Teresa and Rafael’s home is as advertised- clean, updated, comfortable and lovely. We had a great time as a family of 4 with our dog and would love to visit again!

The host was extremely welcoming, and not a single detail was overlooked! We were traveling with our dog and not only did they leave out some treats and basic necessities, but also had a very convenient doggie station by the door with towels and pet wipes to wipe paws off! The entry way was a perfect landing spot to remove winter boots and change into slippers to keep the condo clean from salt and winter muck. We appreciated the selection of coffees and snacks, and while we didn’t need any of them, it was nice to know there were some basic toiletries available for our use too. There were plenty of cozy blankets, a variety of pillows, a ton of towels, and the beds were super comfy. The host was very communicative ahead of time and replied quickly. This was a perfect spot for our winter weekend getaway and we would definitely stay again!

Lake View!

Love this property. The dog set up at entrance, so helpful and cute! Quiet neighborhood, plenty of room in living room for the five of us, and also the few cousins who dropped by for pizza. Love the clean lines of the condo (clearly recently renovated), new appliances, all the condiments and snacks that made us feel so welcome. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This is the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in! My husband and I took our pets for a 5 day getaway and it felt like home away from home. Everything was perfect - parking right in front of the unit for easy loading/unloading, immaculately cleaned, quiet, very comfortable, lots of extra bedding and pillows, towels and beach towels. The kitchen and bathrooms had all the essentials, including paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, tp, shower soaps and shampoo… I can’t even name everything! Previously we’d stayed at places with the bare minimum, requiring a run to the store, spending money on things that were hardly used and left behind.Love the pet policy - flat fee to cover additional cleaning. Most places charge per pet or per day which adds up. Pets are totally welcomed here, with pet bowls, beds, lots of blankets, even wipes for their feet if they get dirty outside. Our 2 girls felt right at home.Thanks Teresa and Rafael, for making this such an inviting place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!
