This studio sits steps from the beach on Long Island's North Shore. The open layout includes a queen bed, a sectional sofa with pullout sleeper, a full kitchen with breakfast bar seating for three, and a full bathroom with glass shower.



The private porch has a BBQ grill and seating. WIFI, a wall-mounted TV, linens, and towels are included.



La Plage, a waterfront restaurant, is walkable from the property. Additional restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. Long Island's North Fork vineyards are a short drive, with wine tours available seasonally. A day spa is nearby. Tanger Outlet Mall, the Long Island Aquarium, and Long Island Skydive are also a short drive away. 1.5 hours from New York City. 35 minutes from ISP Airport.



Unit 125, a larger beach home, is right down the road. Multiple nearby homes available for group bookings. Inquire for details.



Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities

All outdoor amenities, including patio furniture, grills, and exterior equipment, are typically stored between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. Contact us with questions regarding seasonal amenities.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

- Monthly minimum stay (30 nights). For questions about availability, contact us directly.

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

- Standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.

- For stays over 21 days, extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.

- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit is collected prior to arrival. Our team will reach out upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay receive a 100% refund.

- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay receive a 50% refund.

- This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.



Guest Insurance

As part of booking, we secure insurance for your stay and require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance covers incidental damages to the property during your stay and does not cover cancellation due to illness or other reasons. If something happens by mistake or accident, let us know. You are covered with us.
