Crystal Shores West #1302 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 13th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1083 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom as well as access to the balcony. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and full size washer and dryer. The gulf-side master has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom features a king size bed as well. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combo. King, King, Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 6

Crystal Shores West is an 18 story building located approximately 1 mile west of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Crystal Shores West has a sun deck area with swim-thru outdoor/indoor pool and hot tub. The property also has sauna, exercise room and game room. There is a 2 car limit.

AWESOME

CSW is our favorite place to stay in Gulfshores. Its close to all sorts of shopping as well as entertainment and great food. A short drive to Pensacola youll find CJ's which is excellent breakfast and lunch. I highly recommend the drive.

View was wonderful. Key to door had to be jiggled at times to open. Bed was very uncomfortable. Needs new mattress. Comforter did not fit bed.Could see box springs .Living rood furniture needs replaced. Worn and uncomfortable Furniture through the condo is too big and dark for beachside condo.

Great Place

The room was very very clean and big we had plenty of room for the four of us. Of course there are some updates I could happen little things like paint. The showerheads are really strong great for getting the sand off of you but kind of feels like you’re being washed by a power washer. The balcony is huge. We did a lot of the place and we will be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stay at different condos 4 times a year. This one has the best view hands down. The condo is not unlike many others in design so it is nice to feel like coming home. HOWEVER! Inconvenience should not be experienced when a 4 night stay exceeds my monthly mortgage. Spring break and the beach was full this means this building has a lot of renters. We were down to one elevator so the wait to move between floors was unreal, one may have to ride down to go up because the wait was so long. Friday-NO ELEVATORS and rain so 13 flights to walk again. One lady slipped in the stairwell due to the dampness and broke her leg. Then back to one working elevator for the remainder. Many times having to pass the open elevator door due to over crowding including, An AC unit going up, A mini fridge and unknown furniture. The low stars are due to this issue not directed to the rental people nor the condo itself. I would recommend to a friend IF the rental agency warned of ongoing issues and fix dates. If I rented a car that wasn't in top shape, I would bring it back.

We stay at Crystal shores west 3-4 times a year. This is the 1st time ever through gulf shores rentals. They are the absolute rudest people. They don't want to help you at all. We were told they automatically charge you for 2 parking passes but if 1 is not needed then tell them when you arrive to pick up the keys. So we went inside to tell them and the rude woman said theirs nothing she can do because she already written the room number on the piece of paper you hang from your mirror. I asked the Lady the code to the pool and she said she didn't know, to look in the packet that it should be in there as I informed her the reason I was asking is because it was not in the packet and not only did the woman at the front desk not know the code, she didn't try to get it. Absolutely terrible. All other people you rent from, they email you the punch code to get it and you don't have to go anywhere and pick up a key
