Bushes in backyard could be trimmed down for better ocean view, hot tub looked merky, bunkbeds were not tight-wiggled and squeaked when climbing ladder and rolling in bed, dirty under couch when it was in the reclined position (needs to be vacuummed)
This house was immaculate and the setting outstanding. But it has problems with upkeep. The corner of the dining room rug has curled up creating a tripping hazard. Several ceiling lights have burned out including the stairwell which created a very dangerous situation. The hot pot was broken. For a house which accommodates 10 people, there were only four teaspoons in the kitchen. This property needs some TLC.
Nice and big with plenty of room. We had so much fun down on the beach, location and view did not disappoint. Kitchen well stocked although the pots and pans could use an upgrade. Overall was super fun and memorable.
The home is spacious and has everything needed for a big group. If your a storm viewer than there is definitely a perfect view from the living room area to sit and watch it. Carpool is definitely recommended.
The property was clean and well maintained, plenty of space for the 12 of us (6 adults and 6 kids). It was a quick 3 minute walk to the beach (beach access was a couple of blocks down the hill), which was beautiful and spacious, and the view from the back yard was beautiful. The kids had a blast in the hot tub, playing pool, and building sand castles.
We really enjoyed the view every morning. The pool table was a hit for the teenagers. Location was great. I love how the house had things for the beach such as sand buckets, chairs, etc. Then to sum things up with a hot soak in the hot tub made the trip relaxing. Chinook winds casino and golf course is right down the road.

I would have to say the house is in fair condition. Looked as though the cleaning was a surface clean. I had to scrub the coffee pot; it had not been cleaned. There were a few bugs and dirt in the corners of the house, like dining area and Livingroom, pool table area. Also, it looked as though under the couch there was quite a bit of popcorn and other debris that had not been cleaned up from previous folks. The downstairs bathroom that has the laundry room in it has a problem with the wall that the shower head is on. It has flaking sheetrock that needs replaced. The remote controllers for the TV's where not with the units. We never found the remotes until the last day. The microwave in the kitchen has a missing piece on the top of it. Not really sure it is up to code. as well as, the light in the living room has a flicker. Not sure if its the bulb or wiring issue. I will say the bedding and towels were clean. Toilets and showers where clean. Dishes where clean. Garage and yard was tidy.
This house was located in an awesome spot with a beautiful view out the windows! Parking was difficult as the garage is made for small cars, and the lot next door is under construction.
We had a great time staying at this property. Great spacious house and an incredible view. We enjoyed playing pool and the fuzzball table was a hit also. For the not soo wonderful parts:The Hottub wasn't cleaned, the water was murky and you could feel sand on the seats. The oven needs a good cleaning also there was oil on the bottom of the stove. For a house that sleeps 13 people that was not enough glassware for everyone. The rest was very good .

Great house for a big group
Very nice house (with the expected ware and tare of a rental). Plenty of room for everyone and only a few minutes walk to the beach entrance (a bit of a slopes and rocky path). There is no direct access to the beach from the home.
