The house was excellent. It had good kitchen gadgets like mixer and blender. Theonky complaint we have is the description of the office couch. It would be fine for small children but not for any size adult. We had depented on that being a true pull out couch and it wasnt.Other then that it was really nice.
We had a great time at your property . We would stay there again and recommend it. The location was Awesome to the beach. There many places to sleep and many bathrooms for everyone.
Thank you
This home was awesome. Had everything we wanted. Huge bedrooms and beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Best home we’ve stayed in on the Oregon coast. Can’t wait to go back.
This house was a great home base for three generations of weekend ‘Coasties’. Plenty of room for gathering and for personal reflection. Close to the beach, sights, hikes, food, fun. Highly recommend!
Overall we had a nice start. However the couch had a big rip on the top when we got there. Also we couldn’t use one of the showers cause it wasn’t working (had a sign do not use when we arrived). Overall nice location, kitchen, and outdoor space.

Great option for a family getaway! There were a couple (tiny) maintenance issues but otherwise excellent. Plenty of bathrooms and TVs, hot tub a huge bonus. Wish there were more directions for things like convection oven, fireplace, washer, dishwasher, hot tub, tv, futons, fan switches. No non stick skillet so bring one. Could happily live here!!
This is our 4th year for a family vacation and the first house that fits our needs. Beautiful house and love that’s it’s at the end of the street. We had a for and her two fawns visit us! That was awesome. The house is organized well and love that is has two master suites. The only issue is the privacy while in the hot tub. The neighbors over the fence can see us. Would love to see a taller fence to block the view, tall plants, or maybe something built around the tub to allow for that privacy. We enjoyed our stay a lot and have booked it again for next summer.

We attempt to be as transparent with our listings as possible and provide accurate and current photos, amenity lists, and descriptions so guests can make an informed choice about what they are paying for and make the right decision for their needs. We will ensure that all information about the home is clear to avoid confusion. We appreciate your preference as a means to improve, and we hope you will give us a second chance to impress you.
We love the rental property but unfortunately we have been harassed and threatened by the City’s police officers. Either the rental company or the property owner must clearly put enough information for renters whether that neighborhood is designated for specific group of people or not. We had two rough nights. We probably won’t rent vacation homes around that neighborhood again.

Poorly maintained home
I really wanted to like this place as it looked great in the ad and seemed like it would be a good fit for my extended family to stay. Unfortunately the home has not been well maintained. Upon arrival there was a strong smell of sewage seeping out of the downstairs shower drain. Since nobody was able to come for the first day we had to put a cover over the drain when it wasn't being used. Other aspects of the home were in bad shape. The oven which was missing knobs and two of the showers couldn't regulate warm water. The oven range dripped oil whenever used as a result of not being cleaned. There were no covers for any of the pots and pan handles were falling off. There was no drying rack for dishes; no oven mitts and only a few dish towels and trash bags. Management admitted that they only have a few hours to prepare the home between stays. This is not an excuse. The rental should be taken off line for a few days if needed to ensure proper maintenance. Lastly, we were quite frustrated by what seemed to be an AI run customer service. There was no way to contact the local host and each conversation seemed like we were starting over with a chatbot that had no familiarity with the previous conversation. The experience was very frustrating and ultimately detracted from our family vacation.
