House is cute. They did a decent job on the renovations. Great location. Good for a very small group. The furniture was wildly uncomfortable and in poor condition. The host and booking was terribly frustrating and had really poor service until VRBO helped. Overall the stay was fine and we had a good time.

Clean area and the communication was quick and efficient. Enjoyed our stay and location when visiting local spots, thors well, depot whale watching, beaches
I will definitely book this home again. We loved that the home was clean, in a great location and did NOT smell like pets at all. Everything in the home worked well. It was within short walking distance to a brewery/restaurant and a small shop for beach treats. The backyard was properly fenced for our pups, so that was a great piece of mind too. My pups rested easy too (photo for reference).
This adorable dog friendly house was the perfect place to spend our time when we weren’t out enjoying the rest of the coast! It was clean, had everything we needed, and our dog Fin was incredibly thankful for the tennis ball (and found it within seconds of arrival) since we had forgotten to bring one!
It was everything the listing described! Close beach access, fire pit and hammock out back, two comfortable beds with lots of extra blankets and pillows, great Wi-Fi, beautiful bathroom.
It was super cozy and super clean! We enjoyed the walks to the beach and to pelican brewery. I felt like my dog was in a safe home i didnt worry about him escaping out of the yard. Just overall a cozy experience and wouldnt hesitate to make a reservation again.
The house was very cute. The kitchen, fenced yard, and rooms were all very clean and cozy. Only thing to improve on would be the couch and extra blankets.
This little cottage was a great location for our long weekend get away! Beach access was a short walk down the sidewalk. We enjoyed exploring the tidal flat during low tide... and the neighborhood was extremely quiet, which was great for sleeping in late.
Had a lovely winter extended weekend away at this little house. The house itself is clean and everything functions as it should. Location is wonderful— a little walk to the bay makes for a charming morning. The fully fenced backyard is perfect for bringing a dog. They even provided a dog bed! I’d happily stay here again!
I rented this house for 2 adults and 2 dogs and it worked wonderfully for us. It is on the smaller side inside, but we were mainly there to sleep and relax, so it worked well for us. Having a fenced backyard for our 2 rambunctious dogs to burn off some energy was a very appreciated addition to the house. I would definitely consider staying here again on future trips.
Meticulously Clean and Comfortable Cottage in Lincoln City
Exceptionally clean and well-maintained small house with a fenced yard. Ample cooking implements, dinnerware, linens, towels, and other supplies. Excellent washer/dryer and refrigerator. Highly recommend.
The house was great and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Enjoyed the fully fenced backyard for the dogs, and the bay was just a few blocks down with easy access. VRBO/Vacasa made this first time renter extremally comfortable and the email updates were a pleasant surprise. I would definitely rent this house again, it's more comfortable and private vs staying in a hotel.
Very ANCIENT stove! Afraid to turn it on! Otherwise a nice place to stay. Well stocked kitchen. Clean sheets and nice tiled shower.

We passed your comments along to our local manager for review, and we appreciate guests’ preferences as a means to continually improve. We look forward to hosting your next stay!
Fairly small, just the right size for my daughter and me. Pets were allowed but we ended up not taking our dog; it would have been perfect for her though. Interior was nicely decorated and well maintained. Located in a pretty little neighborhood a short walk to the water. I appreciated the electrical socket in front making it easy to plug in an electric car.
The house was wonderful. Very nice. Yard was good for dog. Fence needs fixed. Only other problem was the living room heater did not work. But the bedroom heaters did. House stayed warm. Loved the place. Can't wait to come back.

Perfectly fine
Property was fine. Bed was very comfortable. There were some paint scrapes in the kitchen, scratches on laundry room door, one light out in the living area. Loft is unavailable to guests, which I found a bit odd, as well as the fact that the property owner requires guests to wash the bed sheets. The washer was broken, so it’s moot. Overall, a decent stay.

Honeymoon
The house is very cute and we enjoyed the close proximity to Pelican Brewing and downtown Lincoln City. However, the blinds were broken in multiple areas of the home, including the master bedroom which made it hard to sleep. The fire pit was great to have, wish we would have been made aware of the firewood in the shed so we didn’t have to buy any. The couch in the living room was extremely uncomfortable and felt like it was broken as we sat on it (the springs or something is not right). The shower toiletries were nice as was the shower.

Thank you for being our guest and sharing your experience with us! We're pleased you thought our home was cute and its location served you well. That said, we apologize for the areas you found needing some TLC. Our local manager assured us that they have scheduled a vendor to inspect/repair the blinds. Additionally, local staff will check the couch and share their feedback with the homeowner so this can be addressed. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again soon.
It was a great property. They provided pretty much everything. Looks like the fence had blown down but they did the best they could to block it off. I have a small dachshund so had to watch him when he was in the back yard. As I am older and have a disabled son the bathroom was a bit small and being older I don't sleep well so it would have been nice to have more comfortable furniture. I would have liked a recliner. I wanted to apologize, we left a day early so didn't see the instructions for checking out. Thank you for the stay.
We really enjoyed our stay here. We especially liked the location and the layout of the home. This cute, simple cottage sits in a quiet neighborhood, yet it is very close to Lincoln City which offers nice beaches and good food options. It is walking distance to Siletz Bay and a lovely neighborhood nature walk (Cutler City Wetlands). Its well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook and share many nice family meals and the living room was just right for watching movies and hanging out. The hose out back came in very handy for washing off sandy feet and beach gear. Even the mud room was great! It had a washer & dryer and a very comfortable couch for reading . Our kiddo and dog really appreciated the fully fenced-in yard; the pretty morning glory flowers and a fire pit with seating options for the big and small were a nice touch too. Thank you!

Poor construction & horrible customer support
This place is gorgeous in pictures but is built very poorly. The first issue we ran into was the bathroom being unbearably cold - I’m talking colder than the temp outside in November and the ceiling was made of some cheap, flimsy sheet of what looked to be laminate flooring (this also had holes drilled into it next to the shower as a makeshift vent which I found very strange) this would’ve been fine had it been just my husband and I but we have an almost 2 year old. At dinner time we realized the oven also didn’t work so we contacted support and were told someone would be over to help us, no one ever came and we had no way of bathing our child or making dinner so we got a hotel for the night. 14 hours later we had called customer support 3 times and had no estimate on when we could expect help just “they’ll get back to you”. At this point we were really upset and decided to stay an additional night at our hotel as the things that we consider necessities and were also listed as amenities here, weren’t available to us. We spent the first night and morning of our 2 day trip making calls for absolutely nothing since we spent a total of 1 1/2 hours at the property. We weren’t offered any sort of compensation or even a simple I’m sorry from maintenance or support. Im extremely disappointed and grossed out by the lack of urgency, commutation and overall customer support we experienced.
This small, clean cottage is in a quiet neighborhood near the water. It's conveniently located to Lincoln City proper and only a short drive from Depoe Bay. Although it's not far away from Hwy 101, road noise was not an issue. The yard is fenced and large so for folks with small kids there's room for them to play. For grownups, there's a hammock and a fire pit.
Inside, general seating is plentiful and comfortable as well. The bed in the main bedroom was also comfortable. There is a modern refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and washer/dryer pair. The stove is older but it works fine although figuring out how to turn on the oven was a challenge (see below).
All in all, I enjoyed my stay.
Now, I rented this property for a month so some of the following comments/suggestions reflect that fact.
Comment: While the kitchen cabinets are well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc, cabinet space for things like canned goods, cereal, pasta and other food items not requiring refrigeration is pretty much non-existent. I ended up just stacking such items on the kitchen counter.
Suggestion: There is a lot of empty wall space next to the refrigerator, a perfect place for some shelving or a cabinet that would serve as a pantry.
Comment: The bathroom is small with sink enclosure that provides no counter space. There is no medicine cabinet. Like the kitchen, there is almost no place to store things like shaving gear and general toiletries. I had to put such item on the window sill or on top of the toilet tank.
Suggestion: Relace the mirror over the sink with a mirrored medicine cabinet and consider putting a small wall cabinet on the blank wall above the toilet.
Comment: The electric stove is somewhat older than the other appliances. As such, it doesn't feature digital controls. On the upright panel at the back of the burner array, there's a manual dial for selecting oven temperature and a small analog clock. Embedded in the clock near the 9 o'clock position is a very small switch. After searching all over the stove, I discovered almost by accident that this tiny switch turns the oven on and off.
Suggestion: Leave a note for future renters pointing out the switch and what it does.
