The fact that we could take our dog and not worry about her escaping though a hole was paramount. Communication was excellent!! There were no problems, but a couple of minor issues and they immediately took care of it. We will definitely stay there again!

The property was great for pets. Love the fenced in backyard and that there was grass. The first time we had this happen.Also the house was great and so easy access to the beach.

The mattresses were very hard, had rubber backed sheets so was hot to sleep. I slept on the sofa after one night. The lighting was bright white LED which we couldn't tolerate so we used candles at night. the yard was nice

Lovely backyard to enjoy, comfortable furniture and beds, kitchen was reasonably stocked. Super close to beach access. Only improvements would be slight difficulty using the TV and there were no bath towels.

The beds were VERY uncomfortable and the top deck had a lot of standing water on it so we couldn't just let the dogs out. We had to go to the basement everytime they needed out.But the yard was great.

Thank you for staying with us and for the feedback. I’m sorry you felt the beds were uncomfortable and that standing water on the top deck kept you from letting the dogs out easily. Our housekeeping team inspected the beds upon seeing this review and said that they are firm, yes, but in great shape. I also asked maintenance to check the top-deck drainage to see if they could resolve the standing-water issue, but they said that is just a symptom of the design during a very heavy rainfall. We are not in a position to redesign the deck at this time, but appreciate the feedback for when it comes time to do just that. Perfect Beach Getaway with a Great Yard for Dogs

We had a fantastic stay! The property was perfect for our needs — the yard was spacious and fully fenced, which our dogs absolutely loved. It was such a relief to have a safe space for them to run around. The location was also amazing — just a short walk to the beach, which made daily trips super easy and enjoyable. There was plenty of room to park both of our vehicles without any hassle. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing and pet-friendly getaway. We'd definitely come back!

Comfortable stay in a great area close to beach

Place was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Beds and couches are comfy. Place has easy temperature control. Backyard great for dogs. Loved the sunny "sand room". Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

The location is really amazing to get to the main spots of Lincoln city. It's such a short walk to the beach as well! Easy to get to. It's a little dated in the interior, but cozy enough if you're not planning on being a homebody. It was raining really badly when I went, so we couldn't enjoy the yard as much, but it was a good size for our dog. Overall, we'd stay here again

Short walk to the beach

Location is good, backyard is fully fenced, appliances are like new but new pans wiuld be greatly appreciated plus the property could use some updating and a good cleaning. The property owner is polite and quick to relpy to questions.

We had a quick one night stay. Nice property and exactly how described. We had an issue with the key breaking in the lock and it was addressed quickly with one phone call. Very on top of rectifying the problem. We really appreciated that.
