The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather ALL used towels and place them in the laundry room. Please strip the bedsheets and place them in the hampers located in each bedroom. Please leave the comforter and throw pillows on the bed.
Please empty the dishwasher & wash any used dishes, leaving them to dry on the stone next to the sink. Please DO NOT set off the dishwasher when checking out!
Please empty ALL indoor trash bins and grab any garbage bags placed in the outdoor shed. Please place ALL garbage bags in the bin labeled “County Waste” at the ENTRANCE of the driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
