The condo's position on the beach is a 10/10, but the poor condition of the condo itself if unsafe. We found multiple spots of black mold, and 3 different areas of exposed nails on the ground between the carpet and tiles, that were found when stepped on with bare feet. I alerted the property management with response that they would take care of it when we left.

You can’t beat the ocean views from this condo! The town is very cute. However, Carrying everything up multiple flights of stairs a little difficult.

Peaceful Beach Retreat

This location cannot be beat and it was perfect for my family to wake up and jump on the beach. The patio door was broken and we were not able to access the patio but the views from the living room were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved the views, condo had everything we needed and was comfortable, a great getaway and it was perfect. We will back to this unit, we have stayed in other units and all have been nice but loved the space and comfort of this one.
