About this property

Lake CDA View 4BR/3BA • Sleeps 12 • Dog-Friendly

Summary:

Wake Up to Breathtaking Lake Views — Your Private Group Sanctuary at Lake Coeur d'Alene

Three stories of intentional space, three separate living areas, and enough room that your whole group can finally relax without feeling crowded. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sleeps 12 across multiple levels and is purpose-built for multi-generational gatherings, extended family holidays, and friend groups looking for a peaceful retreat. Dogs are absolutely welcome. One recent guest said: "This was definitely one of our favorite stays to date. Absolutely spectacular view and the house was exactly as described and what we needed to accommodate a large family for Christmas."

The Space:

THE SPACE

This three-story home is intentionally designed for large groups. You get 4 bedrooms, a queen loft sleeper, and a queen sofa bed — sleeping up to 12 across multiple levels. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a private en-suite bathroom. Three additional bedrooms include two with private en-suite bathrooms, plus a fourth bedroom with a bunk-style setup featuring two double beds and two single beds. Every floor has its own gathering space, so your party naturally splits throughout the day — some relaxing with coffee on the deck while others are cooking in the kitchen or the kids are playing board games downstairs. Nobody's stepping over anybody else.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Four bedrooms total: king primary with en-suite, plus three additional bedrooms (two with private en-suite bathrooms, one bunk-style with doubles and singles). Loft queen sleeper and queen sofa bed for maximum flexibility. Bed linens, extra pillows, and extra blankets provided throughout. Three full bathrooms eliminate morning gridlock with 12 people in the house.

THE KITCHEN & DINING

Open-concept kitchen with a full suite of appliances — refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher — plus generous counter space and abundant cabinetry. The kitchen is actually built for feeding a crowd. Dining table seats the group. Dishes, silverware, cooking basics, and wine glasses are all provided, making meal prep straightforward whether you're doing full holiday dinners or quick breakfasts before heading out.

THE VIEWS & OUTDOOR LIVING

The deck is the star. Views of Lake Coeur d'Alene from multiple levels — built for long mornings with coffee and slow evenings watching the light disappear over the water. It's also the perfect vantage point for watching downtown fireworks on the Fourth of July. Patio with gas grill for outdoor cooking and dining. Outdoor furniture to sprawl across.

Note: This is a lake-view property with excellent views of the water. The home does not include direct lake access or a private dock — but you're minutes from public boat launches, the marina, and the trailhead for the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes, so getting on the water is easy.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD & NEARBY ATTRACTIONS

The eastern shore of Lake Coeur d'Alene is one of North Idaho's most scenic drives, and you're positioned right on that stretch. Short drive to the town of Harrison or Coeur d'Alene for dining, shops, and water recreation. Close to Arrow Point and Gozzer Ranch — the most exclusive stretch of the lake's southern shore.

Downtown Coeur d'Alene is a quick drive away with walkable restaurants, galleries, and public beach access. The Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes is nearby for biking and hiking. Multiple public boat launches let you access the lake easily for kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and other water sports.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. WiFi and wireless internet for staying connected. TV for downtime. Dedicated workspace if anyone needs to work remotely. Board games and entertainment for indoor fun. Coffee and coffee maker for morning routines. Indoor fireplace for cozy evenings. Washer and dryer for longer stays. Pack 'n play travel crib available for families with infants. Free parking on premises. Private entrance. Pets — including dogs — are welcome.

WHY GROUPS CHOOSE THIS PLACE

Finding a large home that fits a multi-generational family or friend group at a price point that doesn't require refinancing is nearly impossible. This one does all three: genuine capacity for 12, views across multiple levels, and affordability that makes a week-long or holiday gathering actually happen. Another guest shared: "Being able to find such a large place at such a reasonable price that was ALSO dog friendly was amazing! Would definitely stay here again."

The property is managed by a responsive host committed to making your arrival smooth and your stay comfortable. Reach out before booking with any questions about seasonal conditions or planning a winter stay — we're here to set clear expectations.

GOOD TO KNOW

Dogs and pets are welcome — this is one of the rare large rentals that welcomes four-legged family members. This is a lake-view property — you have excellent views of Lake Coeur d'Alene, but no private dock or direct water access. Free parking on premises. Private entrance makes check-in easy. For winter stays or seasonal questions, message before booking so we can make sure the timing works perfectly for your group.

The neighborhood is characterized by its scenic beauty, with the lake taking center stage and setting a tranquil atmosphere. Enjoy the serenity of this elegant retreat for an unforgettable stay.

Getting Around:

LOCATION

• 25 min to downtown Harrison Marina for boat rentals & lakeside dining

• 25 min to Mineral Ridge Scenic Area/Trailhead
