Featuring two bedrooms, one bath, eat in kitchen, family room to walk out private patio. Bedrooms are spacious and cozy. Large master bedroom with queen size bed. Second bedroom with two twin size beds.
The complex offers on site family activities including shuffleboard, bocci court, tennis court, and heated swimming pool. On site laundry facilities available.
Condo is centrally located. 50 minute scenic coastal drive to downtown Disney, Orlando International and Sanford Airports. Situated minutes from Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center attractions. Within walking distance of grocery stores, shopping, and local pharmacies. The condo is minutes to Merritt Island and the Banana River offering jet ski and boat rentals, kayaking, daily casino boat cruises, manatee and dolphin watches, dozens of eateries, Walmart, public golf course, and mall.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return keys to the key rack on the wall. Return the parking permit to the key rack on the wall. Empty dishwasher, remove items from refrigerator, bring trash to the dumpster
Leave beds unmade Put used towels on the floor of the shower
Prior to check in pls complete and rtn rental agreement to akfeo@optonline.net
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We loved it!

The condo is clean and well kept, with comfortable beds. It has a large patio area where you can sit outside and enjoy the warm summer evenings. It's just a short walk to the beach, the grocery store and not far from the clothing stores. We really enjoyed our stay!

I really enjoyed my stay in Karen & Anthony's lovely condo, communication was great, check-in was easy and it was clean + comfortable with lots of amenities..beach chairs/toys etc. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to everything! Highly recommend!!

Very accomodating unit for vacationing by the beach. Nice & easy communication with the host. The accomodations were good, with everything you need. Great shower! It was nice to be on the first floor end unit.

Beautiful Place

The condo was recently remodeled, well taken care of, amenities were great And we would definitely come back. Communications with Anthony were great. Had great fun at the pool as well as on the beach. Highly recommend the condo to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach.

Perfect little gem

Clean, nice pool, 1 minute walk to the beach. Close to Ron Jons with in walking distance. Great restaurants and Publix grocery across the street. Would recommend to family and friends. Owners were friendly and prompt with returning Any messages. Thank you again!

Great Condo

The Diplomat is an older condo complex but this recently remodeled unit covered all of the bases. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped. Midway between beach and pool. Host is very receptive and all info was given to us in a timely manner. We will rent here again.

Great place for the price

Very cozy little place,perfect for family of 4. Very close to the beach only like 2 min of walking to the beack,has everything you need for beach chairs,umbrella,cooler and sand toys for kids over all nice plays just little dark as the windows in shade so we wanted more sun light and i wish the beds where softer as I sleep on medium firm bed at home other then that everything alls was great for 10 day stay…big plus to have loundry in the unit and also the complex have the public tennis rockets with balls and other stuff to play games,over all we would stay in the place again

Cocoa beach condo

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and had everything we could need. The location was perfect. Restaurants, grocery stores were within walking distance. Beach was literally a five minute walk and so was the pool. It was also in a very good area I felt very safe. I would definitely come back. Thank you to Anthony and Karen for being great hosts.

Great place great location.

We spent 14 days at the condo and it was perfect for us. Our kids went to space camp at Kennedy Space center and the location of the condo could not have been better. It was an easy drive to get them there and back. In fact everything was super close from grocery store, dollar tree, museums, and more. The beach was an easy walk to get to and it was never busy. Had a nice rinse off station so we never brought back to much sand. The washer and drier were a life saver. Being able to do laundy ment we didnt have to bring a ton of clothing, and my kids had to wear the same shirt everyday for camp, so being able to wash it was so great. Really can't say enough good things about the place.

It is our second time at this condo. Anthony is such a good host. His place in clean smell good and welcoming with always a personal message on a board. The condo unit is perfect for a family nothing is missing. Owner is very accessible and so nice. Thank you Antony see you next year

Anthony and Karen are great hosts. Timely answers to any questions we had. Great condo to rent. 110% a better condo than the one we stayed in 2 years ago at the same location. Only complaint is that we thought a better mattress would be nice. It was awfully hard. We highly recommend this condo to anyone.

It was like coming home ...

We owned a condo in Cocoa Beach for many many years until it started not to make economic sense for our family. My aunt and her niece from Germany just spent the entire month of April at your wonderful home and had a fabulous time. Convenient to just about everywhere ... they thought it was like coming home.
