Fun Stay in Tropic

We enjoyed our stay in Tropic. Great location where we were able to walk to grocery store and a couple restaurants. Very convenient to get to Bryce Canyon, also enjoyed sitting on the front porch swing as the sun was setting.

The house is a 15 min drive to Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome basin parks which are both fantastic, but Zion and Capitol Reef also easy day trips. The house is very clean and comfortable, indoors and out, and walking distance to a store and restaurants was appreciated after long days of hiking.

Lovely home to stay at, it had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, loved the extra touches of fresh eggs when we arrived and having shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, so we didn’t have to bring them. We were able to walk to the restaurants and grocery store and very close to Bryce too!

Great location, great house

This is a great little house in Tropic, super conveniently located for Bryce, Red Canyon, Kodachrome Basin. There are some sheep and horse farms in the neighborhood, which we really enjoyed seeing. House was very clean, very well stocked, comfortable, quiet at night. Highly recommended!

Home on the range

We had a great stay at this home in Tropic. It is walking distance to Tropic's stores and restaurants, a short drive to Bryce Canyon NP, and not far from Grand Staircase-Escalante NM. The house has obviously been lived in before, and had many homey touches like framed needlework and quilts. It was not decorated in a modern style, but reminded me of my grandmother's house, so I found it much more charming than a sterile, coordinated, interior decorator style! We found everything we needed in the kitchen (spices, oil, condiments) and laundry room, and laundry dried faster on the clothesline than I think it would have in the dryer (and with less energy). I think my favorite part of the house was the porch, with a breakfast table and comfortable swing, where you could wind down after the day's hikes and watch the sunset paint the mesas golden. We would totally stay here again!

Lovely Home in Tropic

I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for a small family of 4. The bathroom and shower was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. You could tell that Leila made sure that the home is very clean. I loved the fresh farm eggs that she had in the refrigerator. Furthermore, she clearly explained the area in the information book, which was so helpful and appreciated. In a great location, right near great places to eat, gas station and store! This was also close to Bryce Canyon. For the price, I honestly think this is a bargain when compared to getting a hotel outside of Bryce Canyon. If I ever come back to hike again in Bryce Canyon, I would stay here again.
