Really enjoyed our stay here. The home is large, clean, and had everything we needed. The home is also very well located to Bryce Canyon....just a short drive! I really liked that the house is located in town. Gas, groceries, and great BBQ (IDK BBQ) are within walking distance.

GREAT place!!

This house was EVERYTHING & MORE that was advertised! It was very clean & the beds were comfortable! The location was GREAT for Bryce Canyon - only about 15 minutes away. The Pizza Place was just a block away and very good. I would DEFINTELY stay here again & I have already recommended it to a friend!!

Big house in little Tropic

The property was clean with new updates. The beds were super comfortable. The house was much bigger than I thought it would be with plenty of space for us 4 friends. Fairly short drive to Bryce NP.

Perfect hideaway close to Bryce NP

Stayed 2 nights during our visit to Bryce National Park. House is clean, bedrooms are large and comfortable. Tropic doesn’t look like much, but we would disagree. 13 year old referred to it as “Topic like it’s hot”. Showdowns has great dinner, Rustlers is a good lunch spot. Route 12 Grill in the gas station has made to order breakfast burritos (Lfg!). Coffee shop has great coffee and quick breakfast. All of these are a block or 2 from the property.

This property was great for our family and very clean. The kitchen could be better stocked with enough utensils for breakfast and lunch, cooking oil, crock pot, Saran Wrap, etc for accommodating meals for a group this size. I was surprised by how many things I couldn’t do to prepare for the meals with the limitations compared to other homes I’ve rented for a group. But overall we had a great and would recommend this home to others.

Beautiful, well-equipped home

This home is no more than 10 or 15 minutes from the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park. The roads are good to the park. It’s a large home with big rooms and lots of bedrooms. We were quite comfortable here for three nights while hiking in the park. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and there’s a large dining room table. The main bedroom is huge with a nice bathroom and big walk-in closet. Tropic is small but has a nice grocery and several restaurants. The home is right in a residential neighborhood about two blocks off the main Street. Only two minor issues that could be easily fixed. The kitchen faucet does not reliably shut off unless you move it just right three or four times, or else it drips. And the drip coffee maker is extremely slow. It took an hour to make a full carafe. Otherwise, our family enjoyed our stay in this lovely, spacious home.

This place was better we had expected! Great location with a well laid out floor plan that was perfect for our group of 10. It was walking distance a few restaurants, Grocery Mart, and a gas station. Also just a short distance to Bryce Canyon and many other wonderful hikes.

Great location for visiting Bryce Canyon, spacious house

This house was excellent for our 8 family members. Spacious and kitchen enabled us to cook. Lots of hang out space. A few suggestions for improvement: stove top takes a very long time to heat up and AC was a bit difficult to adjust. Main bedroom and bathroom was very cold compared to other rooms. Would stay there again if we had a large group.

Five Nights at Bryce

Great property close to Bryce, Kodachrome Basin and Grand Staircase Escalante. Comfortable place to hang out for a day of down time. Grandkids got in a lot of Foosball time whenever we were back at the house. Plenty of room for a crowd, incredibly easy check-in process and very clean. Only drawback is that the stovetop has been abused by other visitors at some time in the last couple of years and needs some TLC or replacement. We didn't have any reason to call our contact on this visit but contact information was clearly provided. We would happily select this property again on a return trip.

Canyon Circle Trip

Was a great location for seeing Bryce Canyon and then for on our way to Moab. House was very comfortable for our 3 couples. Huge dining table and nice family room for sitting and watching TV. Could use some landscape work, but that's just cosmetics and didn't affect our enjoyment.
