This 6-bedroom, 4-bath retreat located on Lake Sinclair is perfect for family adventures, friend getaways, or just escaping the everyday. Whip up your favorite dishes in the fully stocked kitchen, then head outside to grill, dine lakeside, or splash in the lake with our kayaks.

After a day of fun, unwind in the hot tub or show off your skills at the pool table. Cozy bedrooms, plenty of space, and endless outdoor entertainment make this the ultimate spot for laughs, relaxation, and lake-life memories.

Sleeping & Living Spaces:

Master Bedroom: King bed, private screened in porch entrance, and ensuite bath—your peaceful lakeside retreat.

Bedroom 2: King bed with a main-floor bathroom featuring a jetted tub for the ultimate soak.

Bedroom 3: Two queen beds with a full bath (shower & tub) upstairs—great for family or friends.

Bedroom 4: Two twin trundles, a separate twin, a dollhouse, kids’ kitchen playset, and a cozy reading nook—perfect for little ones to explore and unwind.

Bedrooms 5 & 6: Queen beds located on the lower level near the entertainment space.

Main Living Area: A bright, open living space featuring a desk with sweeping lake views—perfect for working or unwinding. The screened-in porch entrance flows seamlessly into the open living room, blending comfort, nature, and relaxation.

Kitchen & Laundry:

This property welcomes pets with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300, requiring confirmation at the time of booking. Pets are not permitted on any bedding or furniture, and guests are responsible for removing all pet waste from the property. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $500.
