Situated on a 3 acre plus lot this lovely home has 3 bedrooms, 500sq ft loft, sunroom, 2.5 bathrooms, Full kitchen and large open floorplan living room! Sleeps 12 in beds. This lakeside paradise has ample outdoor living space with a huge covered back porch with scenic 180 degree views of lake. This is the perfect property to bring the whole family for a lakeside getaway!

Spend the afternoon enjoying a book or a nap under the umbrella on the natural beach. As the home is located near the end of a secluded cove, it’s safe for your younger ones to be in the water and out of boat and jet ski traffic.

Early evening, be delighted by the visiting does and their young fawns hoping for a supper of corn, which we’ll leave for you. You’ll be amazed how tame they are if you’re quiet and still.

Hope you have a cook with you to enjoy the chef’s kitchen with a six burner gas stove and huge granite island for meal prep. Have dinner and cocktails on the expansive back porch. Turn on the outdoor tv or watch the sunset as you take in the beautiful 180 degree lake views.

After dark, set up around the fire pit to enjoy the stars or head down to enjoy the fun party dock. Underwater fish lights will attract another hungry crowd. Don’t worry, we’ll leave you food for them, too!

After a full day of fun, head on up to the open concept living room with 30 ft vaulted ceilings and send the kids up the spiral staircase to the 500 square foot loft. Up in the playroom, they have over fifty family friendly DVDs to watch or can game, play or “just dance” with the Xbox Kinect set up for them. For your younger children , we have a toy kitchen set with all the accessories in the sunroom on the main floor.

THE LAYOUT:
Master Bedroom #1: (w/attached bathroom)
1 king bed w/ ceiling fan. The private sunroom off the master has a daybed with trundle. The trundle can be used a single bed or a king.

Master Bathroom #1: his and her sink & gorgeous stand up tiled shower. Large walk in closet with dresser and drawer space.

Bedroom#2: Queen bed with 2 nightstands w/lamps. Closet and drawer space and ceiling fan. Private entryway to the outdoor patio.

Bedroom#3: Queen bed with two nightstands w/lamps. Closet and drawer space, ceiling fan and rocking chair.

Bathroom#2: Jack & Jill bathroom between bedroom 2 & 3. Shower tub combo w/vanity and mirror.

Bedroom#4: Up the spiral staircase in the loft area is one Queen bed and 1 Queen air bed. There is a reading nook that could be used as additional sleeping. Kids enjoy this area as its stocked with a TV/DVD player, tons of kid friendly DVD's and an XBOX game system.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would possibly need to prepare a great meal! You will feel right at home.

Amenities include:
Covered dock, mooring whips to secure boat, mini fridge on dock, rod holders on dock, 2 kayaks w/paddles, private beach area with chairs & umbrella (easy access in and out of water) plenty of dining for multiple people throughout the house as well as outside. Up in the playroom/loft area there is ample room for kids to play with games and toys. All the essentials for the comfort and enjoyment of the entire family.

General Info:
Guests may tie off boats & jet skis but cannot use lift. No Events, No parties. There is a boat ramp located in the neighborhood available upon request. We have a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal). We are 20 minutes from downtown Sparta where you can find groceries and a gas station. The college town of Milledgeville is a must-see with many more options for dining and shopping. Check out our Guidebook!
