This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom multi-level townhome offers 2,259 square feet of living space and sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. Recently refreshed (2025), the home blends cozy mountain touches with modern comforts—perfect for families, couples, or small groups seeking an extended Park City getaway, seasonal stay, or remote-work retreat.

Entering through the garage or front keyless door, you step into the main level featuring the open-concept living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen—an inviting layout that encourages connection, whether you're preparing dinner or relaxing after a day on the mountain.

The living room offers comfortable furnishings, a 65" Smart TV, and a gas fireplace controlled by a wall switch to the right of the fireplace—perfect for cozy evenings or slow mornings before heading out.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances, a 5-burner gas stove, drip coffee maker, and all essential cookware. A Weber gas grill connected to the home's gas line provides convenient year-round outdoor cooking.
