The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

My husband and I have been reserving 2 rooms every year for about the last 8 years. Along with family members that reserved 5 additional rooms. We have reserved room 105 & 106 for the last few years. We have had a wonderful time always. This year we were extremely disappointed regarding the landscaping disaster that surprised us. Not even an email advising anyone about what to expect. We had dirt to walk through and were told to walk through the mulch. That was impossible when coming in and out to the beach or pool. This was a terrible decision on management’s part. We received emails wanting payment a month in advance but nothing regarding this disaster. There wasn’t even a broom available in either room to be able to sweep the floor. I had to use a wet towel to try to clean the floor. There wasn’t even an attempt to make the mess better by putting a walk way over part of the dirt. Very disappointed and I’m sure there will be many negative comments made. The whole situation was handled badly. Then to add to the disappointment is that the sink in 105 fell and wasn’t seen until after office closed. I had to use bathroom sink. Another issue is that I read in the information packet asks that when leaving pick up towels and strip beds. Yet we’re getting charged $195 for cleaning. Bottom line is this year was disappointing and blame management for poor timing and lack of notice! We have always enjoyed our stay and have reserved for 2025. We hope management learns from this. My review is related to 2024.
