This is charming one bedroom stay. My husband and I were looking for a relaxing weekend away and that’s what we got. It was very clean and the owner was so nice and accommodating. She was very easy to get hold of. We had no issues with this place. The hot tub was great, the theater room was so impressive, the steam shower was what I needed, and the kitchenette was enough for our needs. Check out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this place and we will gladly reserve it again.

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review. It truly means a lot to us that you took the time to share your experience.
I’m so glad you and your husband were able to enjoy a relaxing weekend away. That’s exactly the kind of experience we hope our guests have when they stay here.
You were a pleasure to host and you are welcome back anytime.
Had an amazing end to our vacation in Park City/Heber! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive to every detail. Highly recommend this VRBO for a fantastic stay.

Can’t wait to come back
What a treasure. We loved this place. The inside was wonderful and the backyard was an oasis. The rose petals and snacks were a nice treat, and our toddler loved the bean bag chairs. The neighborhood was lovely. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
The Snuggle Inn was a quaint, high quality retreat experience.
The space is nicely designed with a large media room, cozy den with gas fireplace and the most comfortable king bed of you like to snuggle in soft, heated bedding. The entrance to the condo like space is private. The house is 1 mile from the town for food, groceries and more. Snowmobiling and tubing within 15-20 mins. Relaxing low-key area if you want to stay away from busy ski areas.

Don’t let the basement listing fool you. There are windows and plenty of light. The only dark area is the home theater (yes, you read that right - a private home theater). Every possible amenity is at your fingertips with written and video tutorials on their use. The owners are available and very helpful to ensure that your stay is the best rental experience that you ever had. Their hospitality is without equal. This is clearly the best hidden treasure in the Park City area.
My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at this darling little hidden gem in Heber for our anniversary. The host, Tracie, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Right from the beginning, the directions and instructions provided were wonderful. QR codes were provided throughout the house so you could watch a detailed video in how to use things like the hot tub, the AMAZING theater room and so many other things. Our favorite place was the Theater room and how comfortable we felt to just relax and binge watch movies for hours. The other highlight (there were too many to count) was the backyard area. We felt like we were in our own little oasis between the fairy garden, the water fall, the fire pit, and most of all the coolest hot tub ever! We can not wait to go back for another unforgettable stay! This is for sure one of our top favorite places to stay, the decor, the seclusion, ALL of it, was wonderful!
Everybody at VRBO needs to step up their game now! Tracie and her wonderful retreat, The Snuggle Down Inn, was a vacation in itself! She could teach a course on how to do this kind of thing the right way. The place was beautiful, the amenities were outrageous and the extras were more than generous. We had the use of her beautifully landscaped backyard and hot tub, not to mention the home theater room, which we took full advantage of. And she was so caring! When she heard I had a headache, she sent my husband an email offering me a wonderful discount at a local spa for a salt treatment. This is a person who truly cares about her client’s experience. I really can’t say enough! Sorry all other VRBOers, this is the new standard by which I judge all my future stays!
Great stay. Love the location, amenities, privacy, and comfort. Great for a Super Bowl get together - go Seahawks.

About the host
Hosted by Tracie Garcia
Hi, I’m Tracie — imagine Mary Poppins, the Fairy Godmother, Donna from Suits, and Samwise Gamgee all rolled into one soft-hearted, intuitive woman. I love creating cozy retreats, adding thoughtful details, and hosting Halloween parties that have become the stuff of legend. I’m big on comfort, kindness, good vibes, and a touch of everyday magic. I also adore planning meaningful gatherings of all kinds and bringing people together in ways that feel warm, thoughtful, and a little enchanted.
Why they chose this property
Born and raised in Utah, my husband and I always dreamed of raising our family somewhere that felt like a breath of fresh mountain air. Every time we drove into the Heber Valley, we felt an immediate sense of peace. Heber offered a break from the hustle and bustle of other Utah areas—a slower pace, clearer air (especially during ski-season inversions), and a calm that felt like a balm to our nervous systems. We love the 360-degree mountain views and the quick access to canyon drives, ski resorts, and three beautiful lakes for summer fun. We found ourselves coming here every weekend anyway, so we finally decided to live where we loved spending our time.
Our neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and perfectly located in the heart of the valley. Stores and restaurants are just minutes away—everything truly feels five minutes from home. And when we want more, Park City and Provo are about 30 minutes away, with Salt Lake City not much farther. It gives us the perfect blend of being away from it all while still staying connected to everything we need. The area is laid-back, safe, and clean; we’ve even accidentally left our garage or front door open at times with no issues (knock on wood). We truly love our home and this beautiful valley.
What makes this property unique
Our suite offers thoughtful touches you won’t find everywhere—an aromatherapy steam shower, private hot tub and outdoor firepit, and a cozy theater room with a large projector for movie nights. Guests love the quiet neighborhood, private entrance, and small luxuries like a stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, and optional in-home massages. The backyard features a charming bistro set, a lounging sofa, Adirondack chairs around the firepit, and peaceful water fountain bowls. It’s beautiful and cozy year-round with mature trees and plantings.
