For security and storage purposes, one owner’s closet located on the balcony will remain locked and is not accessible to guests.

Registered Guests Only:

Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Day visitors are welcome, but please keep gatherings small and respectful.

Quiet Island Vibes:

Island Green is a peaceful community—please observe quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM so everyone can enjoy the calm.

Smoke-Free Space:

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or on the balcony. If you do choose to smoke, please step completely outside the building and dispose of items properly.

Trash & Tidiness:

Please place all bagged trash in the community dumpster located in the center of the parking lot and help keep the space tidy throughout your stay.

Comfort & Energy Care:

Feel free to adjust the thermostat for comfort during your stay—at checkout, please set it to 75°F and turn off lights and fans when leaving.

Lock It Up:

For everyone’s safety, please lock the front door and sliding balcony door whenever you leave and at checkout.

Furniture & Decor:

Feel free to get cozy! We just ask that furniture stays where it is and that food and drinks are kept off beds and upholstered furniture when possible.
