Also includes state of art water filtration system for the entire house. Shower and drink purified bottled quality water. Comes with a fully enclosed garage for a medium suv. There are tinted jealousy windows throughout the house for privacy and coolness. There is construction going on next door from m-sat 8am-5pm.
