Waikiki is Hawaii's number one tourist destination. The penthouse condo has ocean views and is steps away from Waikiki Beach and has a partial view of the iconic slopes of Diamond Head Crater. It is a short walk to the Hilton Hawaiian Village, Hale Koa and Royal Hawaiian Hotel. With a complete renovation in 2018, it's the best of both worlds, the quaint 1960's Waikiki with jalousie windows, original teak parquet flooring in entrance and living room, exquisite tile bathrooms and flooring in both baths and kitchen. Enjoy your stay with covered parking, wifi internet, and cable television which are included at no extra charge. As of August of 2019, we have split A/C throughout - in each of the 3 bedrooms and in the living room/dining room areas. There are no hidden resort fees, and families of 8 persons can stay together with all of the amenities of home & more!

Nearby are the 500-acre Kapiolani Park, Waikiki Aquarium, Honolulu Zoo and some of Hawaii’s finest restaurants and hottest nightspots. It beckons a slower time, listening to Hawaiian music and enjoying a cocktail from the expansive wrap-around lanai. Just a few paces to the end of Beach Walk road is the Halekulani and the The House without a Key, a popular indoor/outdoor gathering spot immortalized in a 1925 Charlie Chan novel of the same name.

Great location to everything. It was kind of hard checking in because instructions were kind of complicated. Very frustrating that we could get are parking spot for over two hours because a cleaning person was parked there. Overall the stay and the accommodations were great. Thanks!

We found this place for a 8-person family vacation (4 adults, and 4 children). Amazing location in the heart of downtown, beautiful views, clean place with enough amenities and beach equipment for the whole family. Thank you for a great stay.

Location was great in Waikiki, with a lot close by. Place was spacious for our family of 5. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, etc which were provided. Wrap around lanai was nice. Would stay here again.

Excellent place with lots of space and walking distance to food/shopping. Enjoyed the lanai, you can see fireworks at night. Conveniently had supplies for the beach: chairs, umbrella, towels & some beach toys which came in handy. Parking was a little tight but worked for our van. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect vacation spot

So easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and shopping without using the car. Kids really enjoyed the place. Watching the fireworks from the balcony was a great way to end the vacation.

The property was comfortable size for 6 adults and had very nice views from the balcony! We were very happy to have parking included. It was a good location, walking distance to Waikiki Beach and lots of shops and restaurants.

Great Waikiki Location and Views

Centrally located close to the beach and eateries. Great views and easy assigned parking spot. Beds are all comfortable and the unit was clean. Our adult group loved this property. You may not want to stay here if you cannot walk up a flight of stairs, you have little kids or if city noise at night bothers you.

We had a Great stay at the Condo for the week close to pretty much everything we wanted to do. With a pretty close walk to the beach. Mark was very helpful with the 2 parking problem i had which was no failt of his.

great family location on Waikiki

My wife and I stayed here with our son and his family (wife and children 13, 11, and 9). The unit was great with fantastic view of Waikiki including the Friday night fireworks display. /it was just 5 minutes off the beach on Waikiki and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels were provided for our use. There were lanais on eacj each end with seating on both. We loved staying here, and it was a very beautiful and classy introduction to Hawaii for my our son's family. Mahalo!

Awesome Property

Located in a perfect area of Waikiki--1000 steps to the beach. Penthouse with a wrap around veranda. We could see the water despite being a block from the beach. Great restaurants, great shopping. Such a lovely penthouse condo and so comfortable.

The panoramic Waikiki penthouse is a rare three bedroom condo in one of the most desired locations on the makai or ocean side of Kalakaua Avenue. It's all about location - and at the end of our street, a short five-minute walk, is Waikiki Beach with ever present trade winds and perfect views of Hawaii's most recognized landmark, Le'ahi, or Diamond Head State Monument.

What makes this property unique

On lovely Beach Walk street, the penthouse property is directly adjacent to the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, Trump Hotel Waikiki and Embassy Suites Waikiki. We are a short walk to the Halekalani Hotel, Sheraton Waikiki and Royal Hawaiian Hotel, and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Hale Koa Hotel and the Hilton Hawaiian Village.
