Our home is on a septic system
Please only flush toilet paper. Do not flush anything other including flushable products.
Also well water could have odd odor or brown water in the toilet. Please run water for a few minutes for it to get hot.

Please treat our home as you would your own!

You will have full access to the home!
Garage & small shed are not provided!
Please stay off the dock!

There is guest access to a patio area that over hangs the water and dock you can hangout on!

Events & Gatherings:
Events are welcome with prior approval! Please message before booking with the type of event, total number of guests attending, and how many will stay overnight. Additional event fees may apply depending on the size and setup needs.

River Access & Safety:
The riverfront area is beautiful and a great place to enjoy views! Please supervise children at all times near the water, as the current moves quickly. For everyone’s safety, please stay off the docks and boats unless previously discussed and approved.

Noise & Respect:
Out of respect for our neighbors and local regulations, quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Thank you for keeping the peaceful atmosphere of the property!

Parking:
Plenty of parking is available on-site for guests. Please park only in designated areas.

Cleaning & Setup:
Guests are responsible for basic cleanup after gatherings and proper disposal of trash. Larger events may require additional cleaning arrangements! We’re happy to recommend local services if needed!

Guests are asked to:
1. Take out the trash
2. Load and run the dishwasher
3. Leave towels in laundry room
4. Report any spills or damages right away
etc.
Extra potential charges if house is out of order or there is anything damages or broken/missing.

Each bathroom with have towels and wash clothes

Please note! The bedroom with the half bathroom has on going construction going on. We are making upgrades between guests.

The up stairs bedroom has a separate pump heater please turn on and let it turn on and do not set it above 75 degrees please, There is also a electric fire place you are more than welcome to use in the bedroom. Please turn off when done.

Blinds are remote controlled please use up or down arrow to put them up or down! Don't pull on blinds.

Every guest will have access to one tank of propane for free! Extra charges after the first tank is used!

Lost & Found: All shipping is at the traveler’s expense (minimum $25). We’re not liable for lost items, but our team will do our best to locate them after check-out and get them back to you in a timely manner!

We provide toiletries and kitchen basics like tea, coffee etc. (If needing a restock, we can help) Please reach out to me. I would also suggest bringing your own water bottles!
