About this property

Ground Level and Assigned Parking

Timberline Condo 301 is located on ground level and has assigned parking. One block to ski slopes / bike trails. Views of the valley below from deck.

Condo has one queen size bed in each bedroom, and a couple of guests said the bed is too high not sure what that means especially since one bed is lower. Condo will ONLY sleep four there is NO sofa bed.

Kitchen has counter with seating for four. Living area and kitchen are open area.

Living area has Smart Roku TV and WiFi
Living room has gas fireplace so again NO WOOD ALLOWED

Full kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge / freezer.
Also comes with coffee pot, blender, toaster, crockpot, pots, pans, and dishware.

Condo comes with stacked washer/dryer and NO I do not provide laundry soap.

Cozy 2bed 2bath just a block away from Angel Fire parking lot. We drove, but a shuttle stops just outside the front door. Location was perfect for food, rentals and fun. Our unit was downstairs which we love after skiing. Assigned parking was perfect. Warm inside by the fireplace. Beds were so comfortable and my kid had no complaints. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend this place. It was just perfect for my family. I would stay here again

Very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Recommend for couples or small families. Couldn’t get the Dish Network to work but could have been due to user error. Nice gas log fireplace to knock off the chill when we arrived. Having two bathrooms was nice! Downstairs unit so no climbing stairs!

Perfect Little Place

This place is cozy, private and perfect for a little family. The parking is really easy and convenient and seconds away from Angel Fire Resort. We didn't hear any of the neighbors that was on the other side of us. The check in and out process was really easy and the most satisfying thing about this place: it was ready at the time that was advertised. We stayed in Angel Fire before and our places were never ready in time. We always had to wait to check in, but not this time. Thank you Yolanda.

Amazing place to stay!

This property was a perfect location for us. It is close to the slopes and town. The parking was convenient. The condo was clean and plenty of room for my family of 4. It had everything we needed. The property owner was so great to work with. She communicated thoroughly and with quick responses to my questions. She was even willing to work with us when we thought we may not be able to check out in time due to weather conditions. This was very much appreciated since I was getting a little stressed about the situation. I highly recommend this place and/or property owner.

Angel Fire stay

This property was perfect for our stay. My husband and grandson had a bow shoot on the ski slope. This is very close to the lift. Condo was clean and inviting. Has everything you need for a perfect stay. The only thing I would suggest is the owner suite bed is really tall off the floor. Not big a deal really for most just hard to get into bed. I’m 5 weeks from hip surgery. So I wasn’t expecting a climb but did ok. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great Experience

This property was just what our family of four needed. It was an easy booking and experience for us as we have never been to Angel Fire and did not know what to expect. The condo is walking distance but because it was down the hill, we preferred to drive up to the resort. Thankfully, we found parking easily. We would definitely go back and book this again!
