Welcome to your mountain haven on the prestigious Blueberry Hill, where breathtaking views of the valley mountains unfold. Just minutes from Whistler Village and Creekside, this spacious and cozy home is designed for ultimate comfort. In the Winter, enjoy forested views of the alpine and snow-topped mountains. This condo is located on a shuttle route to the main village, where the Whistler and Blackcomb Mountain gondolas are located, as well as minutes away from Creekside base, where the Creekside Gondola is located. In the Summer, you can walk to the largest lake in Whistler: Alta lake! Alta Lake offers three beautiful beachfronts: Lakeside, Rainbow, and Wayside Park. This condo is located within quick access to the Valley Trail (a paved 40km trail connects all Whistler`s neighbourhoods) enjoy walking, running or biking to your heart`s content. This condo allows for a serene escape away from the hustle and bustle of Whistler`s Village, but close enough to all the adventure that Whistler has to offer.

This boutique building with only 21 units, ensures peace and privacy for all our guests.

SPACIOUS FAMILY RETREAT
This 2BR home offers ample space for relaxation and sleeping for up to 6 guests! Enjoy brand new beds and furnishings (2025) and the comfort of home with plush sheets, towels and provided bathroom amenities.


THE LAYOUT
Walk in through the front door to a spacious and convenient mudroom on your right. Hang up your jackets and more. Dry your gear on the dryer that holds 8-pairs of boots and gloves! In-Suite Laundry is provided to keep you comfortable and warm in-between your ski runs or biking and hiking adventures on the hill.

A pull-out couch to your right (sleeps 2) with a Smart TV mounted on the wall is a perfect area for the kids to hang out after a long day exploring.

The Primary bedroom has an ensuite (with a bath and shower combo), and 2 TWIN sized beds with access to the patio and green backyard space (ground level). Enjoy spacious closets to store all your belongings.

A large living room with a TV, gas fireplace, and access to the backyard/patio creates the perfect environment for family hangouts.

The second bedroom has a KING sized bed and access to the patio.

The main bathroom with full shower/tub combo has body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided for your stay

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances: An oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and common small appliances. Sugar, common spices, and cooking oil are provided for all the chef`s wishes. Enjoy a hearty breakfast using the beautiful 6-person dining table before hitting the mountain.

Fuel up with a big cup of coffee (provided) and hit the mountain for the day. Sugar, Coffee, and tea are provided for your stay.

*Please note: the range is INDUCTION, so you cannot useincompatible products. If you want to bring pots and pans, make sure they are for an induction stove, you may also use the pots and pans provided.

SKI AND BIKE STORAGE
Secure your skis and bikes in the secure parkade storage.

PARKING
Parking is FREE for up to 2 vehicles. 1 vehicle will have guaranteed parking in a designated spot, the other will have Visitor`s parking- first come, first serve.

LAUNDRY
In-suite washer and dryer and laundry pods provided for your stay
Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo, and building amenities, ski and bike storage, and underground parking.
Other things to note
For stays of 14 days or more, one mandatory mid-stay clean will be scheduled and charged at the same rate as the check-out cleaning fee.

We ask our guests to take out all garbage and recycling when they leave. If this is not done, there will be a $50 charge after your reservation.

There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a `Noiseaware`. It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device.

This entire property is NON SMOKING.

We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what`s supplied.
