About Greystone Lodge 320 by Acer Vacations
Welcome to Greystone 320, a beautifully renovated two-bedroom plus loft condo offering the comfort and style of a five-star Whistler getaway. Located on the top floor of Greystone Lodge, this spacious retreat combines elegant finishes, stunning mountain views, and true ski-in/ski-out access on Blackcomb Mountain.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and extra-long twin on top, while the loft area offers a queen bed, comfortably sleeping up to six guests.
The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and top-quality cookware. Relax in the inviting living area or step onto the private balcony to enjoy mountain views.
Additional highlights include heated slate floors in the bathrooms and entryway, wall-mounted TVs in every bedroom, DVD player in the loft, and a full-size washer and dryer for convenience.
Guests also enjoy access to Greystone’s outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, BBQ area, and two private ski lockers located near the building’s slope-side exit.

ABOUT GREYSTONE LODGE
Greystone Lodge is located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain next to the NEW 10 Person Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair lifts. A boutique style condo complex with only 50 units makes Greystone Lodge one of the smaller vacation rental locations in the Benchlands neighbourhood in Whistler. The forty foot windows of the lofted units gives Greystone Lodge its stunning appearance for passers by and great mountain views for guests that occupy them.
GREYSTONE LODGE AMENITIES
For relaxation and convenience guests of Greystone Lodge will find an updated outdoor heated pool and NEW large hot tub along with an indoor hot tub, showers, and common area washrooms. There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building as well as a vending machine for quick snacks. There are two shared BBQ's near the pool deck for guest use. Unique to Greystone Lodge is free underground parking, something hard to come by in Whistler. Guests should be warned that the underground parking has a total height limit of 6 feet 8 inches. Large SUV’s with ski racks may not fit in the underground and there is very limited over-height parking at the lodge.
LOCAL AMENITIES
Within a very short walking distance guests will find ski school, ski and snowboard rentals, bike rentals, restaurants, a liquor store, a small grocery store and various retail outlets. The walk to the main Whistler Village will take around 7-10 minutes on foot, however, a village transit bus comes every 7 minutes in the Winter and every 15 minutes during the other months. The bus stop is just a short stroll from the lobby.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
Golfers can enjoy the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, one of the finest golf courses in British Columbia, just a short walk from the lodge. Lost Lake Park is located only minutes from the Greystone Lodge where guests will find great hiking, picnicking, swimming and fishing in the summer months and Nordic ski trails in the winter. The base of Blackcomb turns into a children’s paradise in the summer when it is converted into a giant playground hosting horseback riding, a climbing wall, various rides and amusements, mini-golf, and more. In addition, on summer weekends visitors can frequent the Whistler Farmer’s Market finding locally made crafts and foods also located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain.

This Property is in a fantastic location. We walked the trails and found that the nearby Upper Village had everything we needed to make the most of stay. We also enjoyed the pool, well-appointed kitchen and view.

Amazing place to stay with a family
Wonderful double storey apartment with space for a larger family. Ski in, ski out location is very convenient and it is only a short stroll to the village (~10min). The bus stop is also very close by if needed. Outdoor pool and hot tub were also a highlight.

3 couples went out for a ski and snowboarding weekend.
Accommodations were awesome: clean, easy to access, at the base of Blackcomb.
Easy to get the shuttle to whistler village.

The location and layout of this property was fantastic! Fresh powder allowed for ski in/ski out access and top floor location gave us beautiful views with vaulted ceiling!

This is more of a walk-to-ski (~150 meters), and not really ski-in-out place (not mentioned in the listing). Otherwise great pool, hot tub, and the place is gorgeous. Super easy check-in.

Pros: Great location, easy check-in, free parking, locked bike storage (though they could use more spots), quiet, nicely furnished, lovely views, excellent A/C (units in every room!), very comfortable beds and pillows, had all necessary amenities, and provided a nicely stocked kitchen. The owners clearly enjoyed upgrading this unit and it shows! The complex is a short walk up from the upper Village and close to the bike path. It's also close to Lost Lake, which is swimmable. This area is a short walk to the main village area, which was very busy -- I'd far prefer to stay in the Upper Village area. Acer was super easy to work with, too. I'd rent from them again.
Cons: The tall windows have no curtains, meaning that during our stay we couldn't eat dinner in the living room/kitchen area because the sun/heat (we were there during a string of 90F days) outcompeted the cooling from the A/C. Also, the unit could use a couple more bedside lamps. Lastly, though totally serviceable, the dining area just has two benches to sit on, so it's not too inviting to relax in. Also, though all we heard were happy noises, be aware that the unit is located directly above the pool. The pool area is closed from 10p to 10a and I was impressed with how otherwise quiet this complex was.
In short, I'd be pleased to stay here again and recommend this unit!
