The Hacienda - 4 Queen Beds

Welcome to The Hacienda, a laid-back lakeside duplex in the Dam Site Historic District, designed for families or groups who want to stay together in one comfortable space. This casita is always rented as a single unit and sleeps up to eight guests. The home is split into two connected sides. One side is set up as the main gathering space, with a full living room, dining area, kitchenette, and bathroom. The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, making it an easy place to relax, watch TV, or turn in for the night. The kitchenette is simple but functional, with a sink, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and single-burner cooktop, perfect for quick meals or slow mornings with coffee. The other side of the duplex houses the sleeping quarters, with two private bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom features two queen beds, while the second bedroom has one queen bed, all with fresh linens and plenty of natural light. The bathrooms offer standard showers and are kept clean and straightforward. Soft desert-inspired colors, natural light, and comfortable furnishings give The Hacienda an easy, welcoming feel. Smart TVs, reliable Wi-Fi, and year-round heating and air conditioning make it a comfortable home base after days spent on the lake or exploring the area. Outside, you can relax on the patio and take in the surrounding desert landscape and lake views. You're only steps from the Dam Site Marina, where guests can rent kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. Pontoon boats are available 2.5 miles north at our sister marina, Marina Del Sur. With easy access to the shoreline, boat ramps, and walking areas, The Hacienda is an ideal home base for families, groups, and friends looking for a comfortable lakeside stay in southern New Mexico's peaceful desert setting.
