Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave the remotes(s) in the designated spot and make sure it is secure. Place all used towels in the bathroom.
Lock all doors and windows (including the patio door) before leaving the Airbnb. Turn off any lights and electrical appliances that are not needed.
Take out any garbage and recyclables to the proper bins outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We kindly request that any damages are reported immediately as this will allow us enough time to make replacements and/or fixes before the next guest.
Please do not rearrange the furniture. All items should be placed back how you found them. Do no move any indoor furniture be moved outside.
