2-bedroom ground floor unit just steps from the gulf with a small private beach

I regret to share that I cannot comment positively or negatively on my experience with this guest due to limited interaction. They checked in late in the evening and promptly communicated that they were experiencing an allergy related to something in the unit. Unfortunately, they did not specify what the allergen might have been. Our management team at the Beach House Lodge made several attempts to reach out for further clarification, as we strive to address any concerns our guests may have. However, the guest chose not to stay in the room and did not engage with us further, making it challenging to troubleshoot or mitigate the issue. It is worth noting that our previous and subsequent guests found the unit to meet and exceed their expectations without any reported issues. We prioritize guest comfort and satisfaction, and we would have appreciated the opportunity to resolve any concerns this guest had.
