Lovely Villa near Harbour Town For couple

This perfectly located Villa is on the second floor with a spectacular lagoon view. It is minutes from Harbour Town, restaurants, the ocean, and all the amenities of Sea Pines. This is the perfect Villa for a couple or small family. The living/dinning room opens to a new deck overlooking the lagoon. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and has access to the bathroom in the hallway. It has a fully updated kitchen, including a washer and dryer. Dishes, pans, cooking utensils provided along with linens. Renters can use the well maintained clay tennis courts on the villa grounds or the communal pool. Maximum people 2 adults and 1 small child. Sea Pines has many regulations, please review www.seapinesliving.com to see rules and regulations before booking. Things like RV's, trailers, personal vehicles with advertising, E bikes, etc. are not allowed in Sea Pines.

Great place to stay in Sea Pines

We had a great short stay. The condo was clean, the owner was very responsive and we liked the location to everything Sea Pines has to offer. The place could use a few updates, other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and will look at this place on future trips.

We enjoy staying close to Harbor Town so the location was perfect. We could walk to the Harbor Town cafe in the morning for coffee and breakfast. The condo was clean and the perfect size for us as a couple. Even a family with one or two small children could be easily accommodated. My only suggestions would be to upgrade to a smart tv and replace the couch with something a little more comfortable and homey. Overall though it is a nice place to spend some time in Sea Pines.

We loved staying here especially because of the location being walking distance to Harbourtown. It’s a beautiful setting and had plenty of space and everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Peaceful Villa

New location for us in Sea Pines and we liked the biking proximity to everything! Easy to get to Beach Club or South Beach. Owner made sure we were all set for check in and offered great suggestions for dining and shopping. Villa was clean and neat and very comfortable.

Great minimoon get away

The location of this property was amazing, we were able to bike to all of the Sea Pines Resort restaurants. We were able to walk to the lighthouse, and took a boat ride over to Daufuskie. The bed was comfy and the porch was a great bonus.

Perfect location for 4th of July!

We had a great stay!! The location was perfect for fireworks in Harbor town! We rented bikes and biked the beach! Clean unit and perfect for our stay!

Very clean, convenient with washer & dryer in unit. Beautiful area, with walking/biking paths. We overlooked there was no kcup coffee maker but a drip coffee maker that worked very well. Bring the right kind of coffee. Be aware second floor with stairs as only access. Nice deck for outdoor dining/well shaded.7 minute walk to shops and restaurants at Harbour Towne.Host communicated well and quickly prior to arrival. We had no issues to contact during stay. Overall an excellent experience and we definitely would stay here again!
