Exceptionally well decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa in Sea Pines located minutes from the best beach on Hilton Head Island. Wood floors throughout the main living areas and bedrooms. Unit has an enclosed spacious Carolina room with lots of natural light. Relax in the open living room area and watch your favorite program or DVD on the 47 inch flat screen with Blu-Ray player. The dining area is perfect for casual meals with family or friends and includes a wet bar. The kitchen has tile floors, updated cabinets, Corian countertops, and a tray ceiling. The deck off the living room offers space for outdoor dining and a cold drink while enjoying beautiful garden and lagoon views. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and offers a relaxing retreat with access to a 2nd private deck. Primary bath has been completely updated. The charming guest room has 2 twin beds and is a wonderful place for family or friends to relax after a fun filled day on the island. The guest bathroom has brand new Kohler Luxstone shower. The Carolina room offers a couch with a hide-a-bed if needed for additional quests. The villa is an easy stroll to the white sandy beaches of Hilton Head Island. Guests have access to the pool at Harbour Town. If you're interested in a hike, the Sea Pines Forest Preserve is just across Lawton Drive. The attractions at Harbour Town or South Beach are a few minutes away by bike or car through the beautiful tree lined streets and trails of Sea Pines.

Lovely Hilton Head Island Stay

Clean, beautifully appointed, and comfortable home for the perfect stay in Hilton Head Island. We had a fabulous time with close beach proximity and great restaurants nearby.

Great rental!

We had a great time staying here. The location is very close to the beach public access trails. It was a quiet area, and the condo itself was laid out nicely and was great for the five of us. I would certainly stay here again!

Great getaway

The spouse and I had a relaxing getaway here. It was only about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and the unit was well stocked with supplies.

Great Vacation!

Beautiful Villa

We come to HHI this time every year and stay in sea pines area. Usually weather perfect this year a couple days of rain but ok allowing us to explore the island more. Only thing lacking with this villa is a view and a little further from beach but really enjoyed our stay!

Great for the price

This unit was great for the price. It was perfect for 4 of us. The only thing - and again - it was a great price, but the guest bathroom really needed updating. Especially the tile and tub. Otherwise it was large and very comfortable!

We loved the property except that in the advertising it was listed that the beach was within walking distance not listed as a 1/4 of a mile and it was difficult for me to do the walk. We wanted the pool but was very crowded and not within walking distance.

Perfect Mommy/ Daughter Getaway

What a beautiful, spacious, and clean home! My daughter and I had a last-minute getaway to celebrate her 25th birthday! We love Sea Pines, and this home was perfect. Though we didn't need all the space, it is SO roomy that a larger family can enjoy as well. Kitchen is well-equipped as we cooked a couple of meals. We typically stay more on the South end of Sea Pines, but we loved the location as it was close to the entrance/ exit, Beach Club, and of course, our highlight, Lawton Stables! Beautiful home, great location, great rental company to work with, and highly recommend this home for your next rental- you will be glad you did! :)

Nice except for the Beds

This property has a great location between the beach and the horse stables. The decor is dated, but comfortable. As an VRBO host myself, there are some very simple things that could be done to improve the quality of a guest stay. One thing would be to replace the pillows. They are quite old and lumpy. The overall quality of the bed is low to moderate…From the perspective of the mattress, linens, and pillows. We spent very little time in the actual unit as we had other houses rented in Sea Pines. So the sleep experience is my primary focus.

Needs updating

Property is in need of updating and smelled musty. Family room couch smells and ottoman is stained. Floor has soft spots that make me think there is rotten sub-floor. Holes in wall by recliner. The deck was in need of cleaning (moldy) and the owner promptly had someone sent out. They cleaned the deck but left broken planks and a note written on plank "will repair tomorrow" but it was never fixed. Hair in shower at check-in was gross.

Quiet and convenient location

We loved our stay at this villa. It was clean and roomy. The neighborhood was very quiet. We never saw any neighbors. It is within walking distance to the beach, no problem. But if you normally carry your chairs and umbrella etc., then you’ll want a cart for that. We wished we’d remembered ours. It’s even closer to the nature preserve. Tips for future renters: Bring most everything you will need while you’re here. Many hosts have begun providing a lot of what’s needed. Not here. You will find the sample size shampoo/ conditioner and bar soap like in a hotel, a sample of liquid kitchen soap and 2 sample size dishwasher powder. And there was a small amount of liquid hand soap in each bathroom. There was toilet paper, Kleenex, and one roll of paper towels, only the one kitchen trash bag in the can. Six bath towels provided, but only four washcloths. Why? The home sleeps 5 people I believe. There were only 2 of us but we stayed 3 nights, so a load had to be washed in order to bathe daily. Washer and dryer in the unit, but no detergent. Before our trip I had wondered what type of coffee maker there was. It’s a machine with both a traditional drip and Keurig. There were a few filters in a cabinet. The bed pillows are the type filled with polyester fluff that compress to nothing. Bring your own. I can deal with these things for a nice clean place with a great location, which this is. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I have been travelling to Hilton Head Island from our home in the Chicago area since 1977 when we first visited on our honeymoon. We have been coming ever since and have yet to find a more beautiful & relaxing destination.

Why they chose this property

Sea Pines is our favorite area on the island. We recently became empty nesters and were lucky enough to find a beautiful property in Sea Pines in a lovely area close to the ocean. Its been a life-long dream to own a property on Hilton Head Island and we plan to spend part of the year on the island when we retire a few years down the road.

What makes this property unique

Our villa is in a quiet, beautiful area in Sea Pines just off the 4th hole of the Atlantic Dunes course. There are beautiful views of the lush gardens & lagoons along the golf course. The beach is just a few minutes walk away.
