Kenzie's Sandcastle is a cozy 1 bedroom cottage with a lake view.

Kenzie's Sand Castle is a newly remodeled one bedroom cottage.The cottage has vaulted ceilings, reading nook, hard wood floors, granite counter top and a lake view. We provide a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, stove and all utensils. All bedlinen and towels are also provided. You can relax on the front porch swing or toast marshmallows at your fire pit. We are located just east of The lodge at Geneva on the Lake. It is short walk to wineries , zip line ,Beach, Marina and downtown Geneva on the lake .Or you can catch the wine tour bus at the lodge.
A perfect place for larger groups when combined with Ethan's Lake House next door.
We are also only 6 miles from the spire sports Complex .
Two night minim stay. Take an additional 10% off with a 7 day 6 night stay.

We had a great stay! The cottage was so cute, clean, and perfect for 2 people. Our parents stopped by and ended up staying and the pullout bed ended up being a life saver! Its great that you can see the lake drom the kitchen window, and we made great use of the firepit! Super close to downtown also. Wr plan on coming bacj with our children and renting from them again!

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay for the weekend! We were in town for a wrestling event at Spire. The location is great and within walking distance to the State Park trail along the lake and GOTL's main drag...but far enough away to be quiet! I love how the cottages are set up, each with their own parking spot, grill and fire pit. This one had a cute porch swing and we could see the lake from the kitchen window. Also loved the decor. Host was great as well! If you are looking for just two people or for a group to stay together in individual cottages...this is the place!

I was in town for a wedding at the lodge across the street and was within walking distance! Such a cute little house, super clean and easy check in and out! Enjoyed my stay!

Cottage was just as pictured and very nice for my friend and I. The outdoor area was great to extend our relaxation space. The weather was very hot but the air-conditioning worked great, and the bedroom had a ceiling fan too. It is perfect for 2 people - and close enough to walk to the strip, but far enough away to also be quiet. Check in was easy, wi-fi was fine. I highly recommend this cottage for a cozy little getaway.

We stayed over a weekend. Location is great and very easy check-in. The cottage is a like a tiny home; cozy and comfortable, with anything you’d need. The kitchen has an apartment type stove/oven; can even bake! The fridge is a mini; make note of how much food you bring.It was just two of us and worked out fine. We definitely want to stay again.
