About this property

"Deja Blue" unit 5, 1 Bdrm, lower-level apartment on Lake

This apartment unit is a one-bedroom lower-level rental. It is at the north end of the complex and the kitchen and bedroom windows are direct views to lake! This unit has all necessary furniture and appliances.
The one bedroom/living room has a queen bed and a fold out futon couch. This unit can sleep a total of 3 people comfortably. We supply all bed lines, pillows and comforters.
There is one bathroom with standup shower and we do supply two rolls of toilet paper but we do not supply bath towels.
The fully functional kitchen provides all the basic appliances and necessities for dining including cook wear, plates, cups, utensils, dish towel and dish soap.
The 48" TV has satellite and Wi-Fi is provided. There are adjoining doors to the apartment next/above that are locked from both sides of the door (just like a hotel).
We welcome you to use the shared picnic area with your designated charcoal grill, fire pit, and picnic table. Firewood and charcoal not provided but feel free to use any supplies left behind by previous renters of your unit.
The large parking area providing one car parking in front of the unit and extra parking provided across the parking lot near the picnic area.
this property is roughly 1/4 mile from GOTL strip.

Great stay

Communication with owner was awesome. She was very helpful and answered all questions quickly. Place was right on the lake, fire pit and picnic tables available for a quick lunch and amazing lake view. Would recommend this place.

The only issue we had was that the gps directions were inaccurate which we were told by a neighbor happens for this property frequently. But the room was clean and spacious. And the lake was beautiful. We had a memorable weekend!

Quiet get away

Amazing property quit just right for 2 people upstairs were quit and friendly Sunday Monday had the entire place clean close to the water wonderful sunset thanks great clean place would stay again !!

Extended Weekend Stay

Great stay, especially the view of the lake from the property. Can easily walk down to the lake, and plenty of tables and fire pits if that’s what you’re into. Kitchen had everything you needed, bed was pretty stiff, but overall a quaint little lakeside stay.

Beautiful location !

My husband and I enjoyed my 50th birthday trip ! Loved visiting the wineries, going to the strip for food, drinks , and live music . The best part was the privacy of the VRBO . Loved sitting outside by the lake having our morning coffee and at night enjoying the fire pit . Would book again!

I just needed a few days right on the lake with nature (We saw at least a dozen eagles!), sunshine in the day and bonfires at night. It was perfect for us!

We loved the location. Visited again. The arrangements were great. Kids loved the beach area. With rock there is was peace of mind to let the kids play. Sufficient firepit for all units. We got drift wood from beach and used.

This place was perfect for our needs! Not far from the strip in GOTL! A bonus that tbs property is literally on the water! We did not expect that! We had a great stay! Megan was a delight to deal with. We will be back!!

GOTL Off the Strip

True to listing, nice little efficiency setup at a great location. Ceilings are short so if you are taller than 6’3, this might not be for you. Make sure to bring your own bathroom linen. Great view of the lake with private beach area and picnic table/fire pit too.

A Quiet Little Getaway Spot Right On The Water

My husband and I spent two nights in Deja Blue and it was wonderful! Nice view of the water from the kitchen window... It was quiet and peaceful but just a short drive to the strip and anything you want to do in Geneva. The small beach was really beautiful and the sunsets were lovely! We enjoyed our own firepit and picnic table. It was very well kept and clean. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Communication with the host was perfect as well.

Very nice for a weekend getaway

My wife and I rented this property for our anniversary weekend. Very clean and taken care of. The ONLY thing we would have to recommend is to update the mattress, maybe to a more comfortable memory foam. It was EXTREMELY firm and we did not sleep the best. But that aside, we really were happy with our stay and would consider using this rental again.

Property was nice but not motorcycle friendly

Property needs concrete pad for motorcycle parking. Gravel is deep in some areas and motorcycles sink into gravel. Noticed other riders staying there were having difficulties parking in gravel as well.

Beautiful views and location-but housekeeping sucks. Maybe advise of what to bring-Nd clean more often. For price paid not good.

Why they chose this property

Located on a private drive with private beach access (closed to the public but private to all of our surrounding tenants) and 1/4 mile from the famous Geneva on the Lake strip! There are no trespassing signs by beach but that is just for the public. Feel free to walk or drive down!!!
