The place is great. Clean, well stocked, plenty of parking, good space for kids. The only issue is that I was sent a video regarding opening/closing the hot tub. I watched to make sure I was doing things correctly. When it came time to use the hot tub, the arm that holds it open was missing so we could only use half the hot tub or the lid would fall back down. It was kind of a bummer when you are with a group of 11 people and only 2/3 can be in at a time. They came to try and fix it but could not.
