I had a great stay at this Decatur home! The neighborhood is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, which made it perfect for relaxing after a busy day in Atlanta. The basement suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of privacy.I especially loved having access to the deck/balcony—it was a nice touch for enjoying some fresh air.The location was ideal: peaceful and residential, yet still close enough to get around ATL easily. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place in the Decatur area.

About the host
Hosted by karl
We're from Southwest Florida and moved to Atlanta for work 11 years ago. We have since moved out of state but can't find it in our hearts to sell. We brought home two children, had great memories, and don't want to completely detach, but also the house should be enjoyed while we're not in it. We were Airbnb hosts before in a different house in Atlanta. We ended up being superheats for years and enjoyed meeting the people that would come through and making sure they had a great experience while in Atlanta. We won't physically be at the house most of the time, but we will make sure your stay is enjoyable! If you need some recommendations for food, we'll definitely know where you can go.
Why they chose this property
It's away from the city, but close enough to go there when needed. Very useful when you need to go to Atlanta United or Falcons games.
What makes this property unique
It's tucked away, 10 minutes away from the city, and having the balcony In the master bedroom that oversees the rest of the neighborhood is nice.
