Cozy farmhouse getaway with modern amenities

Step back in time in this spacious renovated farmhouse built in 1860. This farmhouse was part of one of the original dairy farms established in Delaware county in the 1800's. Our home offers country charm along with modern amenities. Our 4 bedroom house has plenty of room for multiple families. It includes 2 wood burning stoves, 2 full bathrooms, a bar/game room, dining room that seats eight, outdoor gas grill and firepit with seating. We are located minutes away from two ski resorts, golf courses, hiking trails and lakes.
